I think transaction from wallet to wallet should be different in time with transaction casino to wallet. When user make a transaction, he does not need to make any check-up if the receiving wallet is not in any sort of blacklist, isnt connected with dirty crypto or to check if gained his crypto fair. I think casino do all that, I am sure they run some quick test to check if user has played fair. It would be cool, if someone that claim transaction is slow, show any example of a quick withdrawal transaction between casino and user.

Yeah, for Bitcoin it takes about 10 minutes, but sometimes you get a stuck transaction and then you wait for half an hour or even more. It's not that common, but it happens. I never used Litecoin so I'm not sure how often there is a stuck transaction on their blockchain, but I'm sure it happens from time to time. Besides, we don't know if that transaction that took 27 minutes to complete was a regular thing or a one-time thing. If it's not a regular thing, there's nothing to worry about.

For Bitcoin yes it normal but for something like LTC I think that's pretty too long, actually even 30 mins seems normal for Bitcoin to be confirmed in around 30 mins. Anyway, do they have something like at least 1 confirmation and it will be automatically credited to the account but can't withdraw it until it was fully confirmed? I don't think that the browser you are using makes any difference. You can try another browser, but I think the result will be the same. One thing comes to my mind - are the date and time on your computer correct? It may seem funny, but SSL certificated are pretty sensitive to wrongly set date and time. If that's not the problem (if date and time are set correctly), then I really have no idea what could be the problem.

I do not know if this issue has been fixed for you but I think you are the only one having the issue because I just tried opening that same link he recommended above and it opened without issue on my device..

The issue is likely with your device or browser, it's mostly browser related anyway, you should try opening the link on another browser or try changing your current browser security settings, I opened the link on both chrome and Samsung Internet browser on my mobile phone and it opened well without any issues.

The link slackovic dropped is working perfectly and I believed strongly that your internet has issue and you have to reset everything. Off your device and on it back. Or you clear the browser storage and the cache and that might free the bug. If your internet connection is okay and browsing well when you visit another websites then, do what I said.

yeah, but the 27 minutes here is not time waiting for a nrtwork confirmatoin, it's just how long it took for them to send it, and i don't think they would need to manually verfty such a small amount for a rank 10 player.

If there's major outage for sure that Betfury would announce it and since he's the only one here experiencing that issue that means the problem occurs on his side.

The simplest solution to do is to clear cache and cookies, check his network connection then try to restart his router then lastly he should check his antivirus or firewall maybe this is the reason why those issue happens.

He can also try to use alternative browser which he's comfortable to use.

For some of these issues, just turn off and then back on your computer. Don't use restart; just do a normal, regular turn-off and manually turn it back on. It is an easy fix for some issues.

If the network of that blockchain used for the withdrawal request was not congested and did not have any issue, that withdrawal requrest should be approved and proceeded much faster. 27 minutes is a too long waiting time, and the speed of transaction should be longer because of a withdrawal value excepts only if it is too big.
