There is no team under that feature ensuring to make it active, because if there was a team for it under every casino with that feature, immediately a player applies to use the self-exclusion feature, they will be ready to single out their emails and exclude them from receiving emails from the casino, emails that could encourage gambling.  Things will change for the better, though, as online gambling on cryptocasinos improves.
I'm not sure if all the casinos but I'm sure most of them doesn't have a team regarding those. Regarding the email promotions, I understand why he still received an ads even if he apply for self exclusion. The self exclusion only blocks gameplay or access to the site but not the marketing. I've been working with marketing a quite time now and they do have different system in sending the promotional ads in email and it's impossible or hard to connect those two to automatically opt-out in email once apply in self exclusion feature and probably they are using third party service for that.

So I think the best thing to do is to opt-out first in marketing before using the self exclusion.

I have seen a story here, that user has self-excluded himself from casino for 30 days, but when 30 days have passed, he wasnt able to login, because casino was still thinking he is self-excluded. Casino bug. I dont remember how that story has ended, but support did not help him after first request. They were replying with default phrases. But a question to all, arent you afraid to get into such situation if you wanted to make a forced pause of your gambling? I dont think that self-exclusion feature is widely used and is a popular feature. I am not sure that is has gone through all the field testing. Which makes chances to get into troubles >0%.

Absolute nonsense. You really want somebody who wants to self exclude instantly to go to settings first and opt out from receiving emails? You guys are just saying this because you wear their colors. At something as crucial as self exclusion every second counts because it might gets worse. The whole "responsible gambling" feature at this site is a complete joke. I do not know about other gamblers but personally, I've always had this believe that the self exclusion feature on casinos is absolutely irrelevant, especially for online casinos. Isn't it better for gamblers to simply practice responsible gambling so well that even if anything goes wrong or there is an important need for them to pause from gambling for a while, they can easily go on that break without having any need to make use of any self exclusion feature.?

Some time in 2022/2023, I lost some money to gambling which really affected me financially, I decided to go on a long break for about 6 months, I ended up spending over 1 year without even playing any gambling game or placing any bet, all without making use of any self exclusion feature, if this is possible for me, then it should also be for gamblers who gamble responsibly.

Absolute nonsense. You really want somebody who wants to self exclude instantly to go to settings first and opt out from receiving emails? You guys are just saying this because you wear their colors. At something as crucial as self exclusion every second counts because it might gets worse. The whole "responsible gambling" feature at this site is a complete joke. I have seen a story here, that user has self-excluded himself from casino for 30 days, but when 30 days have passed, he wasnt able to login, because casino was still thinking he is self-excluded. Casino bug. I dont remember how that story has ended, but support did not help him after first request. They were replying with default phrases. But a question to all, arent you afraid to get into such situation if you wanted to make a forced pause of your gambling? I have seen a story here, that user has self-excluded himself from casino for 30 days, but when 30 days have passed, he wasnt able to login, because casino was still thinking he is self-excluded. Casino bug. I dont remember how that story has ended, but support did not help him after first request. They were replying with default phrases. But a question to all, arent you afraid to get into such situation if you wanted to make a forced pause of your gambling? I dont think that self-exclusion feature is widely used and is a popular feature. I am not sure that is has gone through all the field testing. Which makes chances to get into troubles >0%.
I do not know about other gamblers but personally, I've always had this believe that the self exclusion feature on casinos is absolutely irrelevant, especially for online casinos. Isn't it better for gamblers to simply practice responsible gambling so well that even if anything goes wrong or there is an important need for them to pause from gambling for a while, they can easily go on that break without having any need to make use of any self exclusion feature.?

Some time in 2022/2023, I lost some money to gambling which really affected me financially, I decided to go on a long break for about 6 months, I ended up spending over 1 year without even playing any gambling game or placing any bet, all without making use of any self exclusion feature, if this is possible for me, then it should also be for gamblers who gamble responsibly.

Ideally, people should stop on their own, but when emotions take over, a technical barrier can genuinely help.

You're right, dude. Not all gamblers are on the same level when it comes to self-control, because it really depends on one's determination. It’s one thing to have self-control, but there are times when we fail to apply it properly depending on the situation.

Now, regarding self-exclusion, I think it still depends on the individual doing it. I’ve read some other posts here that I think make a lot of sense too.
