I highly agree, regulators are the one setting up the next legal trend of any industry, as for the gambling industry, if the regulators tightens the regulation, the gambling industry will follow and by then the gambler must adjust.  If the gambler become stubborn and stick to the previous loose regulation, they might end up encountering problem with the ToS of the casino platform. 

So yes we need to adapt, we cannot push what we like but rather we must abide to the changes the gambling platform implement in accordance to the regulatory board.

Let's ignore Liverpool's inconsistency and very poor organization for a moment, but I really can't remember when in a season there were so many draws with teams from the top 6. Maybe it reminds me a little of the season when Leicester won the title, when the favorites also often failed at the moment when it was least expected of them.
