This all things are bound to happen, as we do not have anything in control. best we can do is some research and bet according to the stats and probability of that team winning. But in the ned luck do also play a part in such cases and you may win or lose. So always be ready to play with amount one can afford to lose just in worst case.

If looking of the probability, just look at the betting odds, that's the probability that majority of people are thinking.  When you make a research, you look for the value and not every game available has the value, that's something we missed as a gambler and that's the reason why we lose most of the time, and more problem if we are not smart enough to control our bankroll.

Rest is what you need if you experienced unforgettable losses, it is important to regain your mental health and be in the right track if you want to not get depressed or escape anxiety. We have this feeling of being excited while gambling, exciting because of the high prize that offered whenever we become luckily win it. And also become more determined to get that prize because it was all worth it but suddenly the luck was not on our favor and the discouragement run through our veins, failure and being down.
