Actually back in 2017 Ontology airdropped 1000 tokens to anyone that signed upto their newsletter and telegram listed at 10 buks for an easy free 10k. I missed that one unfortunately. Also one could argue that that the biggest airdrops were probably the 5 btc faucets in the early days.

Also Look at how many scam airdrops have popped up rite now to capitalize on the uniswap trend. ( MEME, FEW, MANY etc)

Yeah, but in contrast with others, this airdrop is not for everyone, but only for UNISWAP users. What a pitty that I never used UNISWAP exchange so I can´t participate in the airdrop. But for the long term, I am little bit confused what is the token good for.

UNI looks like the biggest this year, but Bitcoin Cash is the biggest airdrop.
Bitcoin Cash's value increased from $ 100 to $ 1000 in the first two trading days. The people who owned the most bitcoins made a huge fortune from Bitcoin Cash.

That's right, I think so that UNI is the biggest airdrop that I know during my time in the cryptoqurrency space, even as long as I am in this forum I have never had big results or the equivalent of 400UNI. This is a ridiculous comparison, because I dont not expect my job to far behind with just 1AIRDROP (UNI400: $ 1500)

As far as I've seen UNI was the biggest but on the other hand, Ethereum was airdropped also, for free. And the price climbed more than 1k$. I don't remember how much Ethereum they've airdropped but I think those hunters got more than UNI gave them.

For me, $UNI was the biggest airdrop because to get UNI we didn't have to anything like holding certain coins or tokens they just straight forward gave us UNI tokens if we had ever swapped on their exchange.

Maybe the total amount being airdrop will be the biggest in history, but if the reward got by every person will not be the biggest, because last 2017 i got 5000$ form the aidrop of hydro and btcred etc.

Many users dump because of the fear of dump. And the dump doesn't even affect the price of uni. I think this is the best airdrop ever truly. Its an easy one too.
And price might actually go up than the amount people expects.

Not everyone was aware of this airdrop or have traded decentralized exchange because so many traders are very much into a centralized exchange and do not have the opportunity or time to trade in the decentralized exchange like UNISWAP, some people are lucky to received airdrop even if they only trade once.

UNI did it perfectly, they broke people's doubts about airdrops. As is well known, Airdrop always gives false hope to airdrop hunters, so that the airdrop is always underestimated. At first some people didn't really believe in UNISWAP Airdrop, some even consider it a scam. Then they felt regret when they found out the price of UNI in the market. Hopefully other airdrops can do the same thing as UNI, I hope that really happens.

Not the biggest airdrop,,, we had many in the past, and if you think about all the fees it generated then it was not exactly "free" because it was just giving back some of its profits in the hope to generate even more profit.

Also, the price was nonsense and when it all settles down in a few months then we shall know the true price.

Well dumpers would always be there anyway, what you would expect to airdrops?
Is this really the biggest airdrop, not like I would expect these airdrops to be that big anyway because like me having a trust issues to these kind of schemes already when one tried to phish me long time ago.

Airdrop isn't profit for me. I have wasted a lot of time in airdrop, they distribute, some scam. The one you get from the airdrop is later dumped and project dies off just like that you can't imagine it happening to you. They allow you to sign in with your data and they go away.

It's true that many have missed this giveaway. Some considered the project a scam, while others simply didn't follow it. I like Uniswap and use this platform and therefore I'm one of the airdrop contributors.

yes, somehow I personally still don't believe in the promotions or some sort of airdrop made by the Uniswap platform. they have spent $ 450m only for platform users and for free, this is really unexpected although I believe that Uniswap has nothing to lose after doing this free coin. This is their marketing strategy, by providing huge airdrops to their loyal users, a fair price for early adopters when most of the crypto world still underestimated Uniswap. And look now, a lot of crypto enthusiast's attention is on Uniswap, many new users have come and enlivened it, most of whom may be motivated to get lucky as well as before, and some of them are taking advantage of interesting moments and services at UniSwap. Lots of new projects, new programs and new services, even scammers are trying to come up with something similar using the word UNI or SWAP, lol.
