Those two accounts are sharing more than twitter account, same LinkedIn and Facebook accounts are used too. Since Rkss4 has been tagged already for bounty abuse and is an older account that has been using those social media accounts for quite some time, it is pretty much safe to assume that MAK400 is his newest alt.

Most likely, this is different. Rkss4  account is marked with a red tag. By the way, his accusation is identical to this. To be honest, I see no reason to punish someone for having two accounts. If they don't register with the same company, then there is no crime.
The owner is now creating another account as some bounty companies do not accept accounts with a red tag. And today it is inactive.
OP your investigation could be moved to this topic. In order not to create dozens of topics for each case of searching for alternative accounts.

Sure, if he just shares your twitter account that is not proof enough. But what if he is in the control of your twitter account too  and shares work for bounty campaign?

To me it looks like that, because if he is not his alt account, how Mak400 has an access to same social media accounts used by Rkss4? If you check those accounts, you will see that Mak400 is sharing/retweeting from those accounts, he is not just passively sharing links of some inactive accounts like some scammers do.

This is not entirely true. Accounts that were previously banned, that have alternatives, are also blocked by moderators.
And it's kind of natural.
But those who were previously marked with a red tag, creating a new account, calmly start a new life.
And in my opinion, this is not entirely correct. After all, we understand that this is one and the same person. But everyone turns a blind eye to this.

That depends on the reason for making an alt.
I wanted people to know LoyceMobile is not an imposter. When I created it, it took less than 2 hours to receive a PM from someone asking if it's an imposter. I wasn't at home when I made my first mobile post so there was no Neutral tag yet.

If you don't want people to know for instance your political preference, you don't have to announce you own an account:

I don't have a problem with alt accounts as long as they're not used for evading bans. If you're hesitant to say something controversial because you don't want it to be associated with your name, please create an alt account and say it.

Unfortunately, this is mainly used by trolls and scammers nowadays. Although it could be the legitimate users manage to keep their alt accounts under the radar.

I've seen a few times where Twitter accounts have been sold and the unsuspecting second user is linked to the first user - I'm not saying that's the case here, but it's a little on the thin side to made connections due to one instance.

That's a pretty confusing one because some users don't mind alt accounts but they lose their minds when they are enrolled in campaigns, of course it is the call of the manager as to how s/he is going to handle the alt account in his/her campaign but most of the time in the spirit of fairness, they remove the guilty since they are basically taking advantage of the campaign. You probably missed the point that the "catch" was a year ago. And after that, there was another find that proves that several accounts were connected.
I don't see a problem at all in the availability of alternative accounts. If someone needs them specifically not for cheating, but other purposes. To participate in bounty companies, it is enough to have one account, or the participation of such accounts in different awards is implied.
But as usual, and this happens very often, the one who opens several accounts does not use this privilege quite, honestly. From here, farms are identified, which, according to the rules of the forum, receive negative tags from DT members.

Nope, it probably isn't going to end--the problem is likely to keep getting worse from these accounts and probably many others as bitcoin (and altcoins) keeps rising in price, thereby drawing in new members, account farmers, bounty farms, and the rest of it.  The same thing happened in 2017, and remember when Yobit had its last campaign?  Tons of accounts started waking up and signing up--it was ridiculous.

The only thing to do is to keep exposing these idiots who abuse campaigns and bounties, as well as alt accounts who shitpost in the same thread.  Once they're called out for it, they usually go away (though I'm pretty sure they don't leave bitcointalk for good).

Shaha98 apply for Bounty Campaign with this POA and he Edited post and wrote reserved and delete immediately Holiday5 apply with same POA post. this two account is completely connected. shaha doing this 2 times on different bounty campaign.

The whole incident coincides with Rigon and Topman21 and they are both trying to rank up by getting merit from the pumpkin contest. And have merits exchanged several times between these 5 accounts (Rigon , Topman21 , Shaha98 , Holiday5, tomos81 )
1. shaha98 got 9 merits in 5 times from Topman21
2. And he gave Rigon 2 merits in 1 time
3. shaha98 also got 10 merits in 3 times from tomos81 (which is also hacked or bought account)

Pumpkin Curving Contest 2022 the event of the Year 2022.

A contest was organized here on the occasion of Halloween festival.  Many people here have given gifts of many varied works.  Many people have got many merits here.  One can get merit from multiple people for good work, good post, informative information from different people in a contest.  But here you cannot blame the account only for merit exchange.  There is no proof whether I have connected accounts with them, exchanged dollars or not.  I got merit from many other people, so should all continue as my multiple accounts.  This is a special kind of oppression towards me.  I strongly object to this.

There is ample evidence in their case but in my case such evidence cannot be admissible only on merit exchange.  I often get merit from some member for my quality posts.  And if I see a post with good information and if there is an enlightening post I also give my smerit.  I can't be multiple account of anyone due to merit exchange etc.  Some kind of inhumanity towards me, I am being mentally hazards.  I request to the knowledgeable members of the forum that you analyze my issue more deeply and then take a decision.  I will accept and gladly accept your decision.

Actually the Pumpkin Contest was a Reminder Topic of this forum, where anyone could create an account at any time and become a participant in the competition.  Many people here have tried to bring innovation to his work by following the work of many.  In that case if someone has posted more than once then those who post more than once will be considered as multi.  Very surprising and funny.

Case 2:
A bit more ironic in the second case is that we can't use the Bitcoin sign outside of the symbols popularized by these two gentlemen, Satoshi Nakamoto and Bitboy.  According to your research you should have used a different Bitcoin sign/Symbol for each participant.  And the BRICS you imagine is illogical.  If you want proof, I can show you a floor with ten thousand different bricks.

I can't call these two accounts multiple because there is no wallet connection, no social media connection between them.  So calling them multiples only for merit transfer is nothing but foolishness.

Case 5
Generally, Christmas is an international public religious event and festival.  Any person, institution, country from any part of the world can express their religious attitude towards different nations.  It is equally recognized everywhere in the world including Bitcoin forums.  If someone respects these religious events by writing or sharing videos, messages, pictures etc. of festival celebrations then it is basically taken as entertaining, educational for all religions.  Then according to your research no one in the forum can post any religious ceremony greetings, images etc in the same section or thread.  Or posts will be considered as multi-accounts.

NB: : A small mistake of mine is that I gave merit feedback to the person who gave me merit which I should not have done at all.

I have not gone through all of the posts which is consists in this case. But This line attracts my attention. There is no problem if you give me a few merits on my post/posts and later I give a few merits to your post/posts. There are a lot of users who received merit from those whom s/he sent merit already. But it will be a problem if you exchange to any alt account which received negative trust already.

LDL has merited on many accounts this is not a problem and I commend him for that.  But he is in too much of a hurry to move up his ranks.  Due to which he has taken merit from his other accounts which are considered as his alts. He entered the Pumkin Contest and get a substantial merit award. This has a lot of trouble for him to mamage and cutting pumping multiple times in different shape . but he made a mistake in that he linked his another alt accounts to his nice account. LDL is trying hard to save his account by covering up the matter.  But his activities repeatedly indicate that his accounts are alts
