I have a slightly different opinion about the two accounts. Please note that the social networks of salma700 were different until May 2018. And with them, there are no intersections with any account on the forum.
A year later, this account wakes up. And new social networks and wallet numbers appear.
These social networks and wallet numbers are shared between the two accounts. My opinion is that the salma700account was either sold or hacked, but today it is an alternative mohiulbd

Oh, even the most cunning criminals slip up somewhere along the line and get themselves caught--that's why you hear about crazy crime cases that were executed with brilliance....except the perpetrator got caught in the end.

In this case here, I don't know how cunning he really was.  Ambitious, definitely.  But either way, nice work and props to OP for collating all of this information and snagging this idiot/account farmer/seller/bounty cheater.  It's unfortunate that for every one like this, there are probably dozens more doing the same thing at this very moment.

I wish people would stop fighting the symptoms and start fighting the disease.  Signature campaign managers willing to sign these types of users up for their programs are the problem.  Nobody cares because they all just want to get paid.  I'd love to start seeing blame being directed at the root of the problem so that some change might be possible.  Playing whack-a-mole with these farmed accounts is a fool's errand.
