As far as I understand, the Judge is not going to decide the ownership  of those bitcoins.
Judge will decide what to do with a criminal who claims to be someone else to make money, fooling people around.
^ Definitely right, that belongs to stealing Bitcoin identy.
My goodness my dear Craig Wright. Why did you leave your day job? Do you think the bitcoin developers are stupid enough to have their legals
vulnerable?  People knows how you use legals just to claim it, it doesn't work with bitcoin. Why don't your try the murals instead? Heard that is more profitable and easy to own.

This is what he gets by attracting too much attention. Well, be careful what you wish for. He was badly in need of attention. Now, look where he is.

Well, he owns at least $11 Billion in BTC as he claims. He could therefore afford to hire the best lawyers in town to take care of the cases. For him, he could spend his days doing what he loves, stress-free. Or does he own them? Either way, good luck to you, Satoshi. Grin
Maybe he do realized that he's fucked up on all the bullshit things that he had done in the past on where he's trying to claim that he's the creator of bitcoin and do claim that he owns a million bitcoin.

There would be circumstances and the time has come.I wont be surprised if we would see some picture of CW on touching those jail bars. This troll never ever learn and just really seeking for some attention
even the public or the entire community do already knows on whats the truth. Real Satoshi wont really be just simply claiming out himself into the public.

Lol, if he claims he has $11 billion, he can easily hire the best lawyers and his aim would be to delay the final verdict by as much as he can so that he can enjoy life with his fortune lol.
Exactly, if i do have those billions then you wont really be scare off on what would be the charges you would face off yet you can hire out the best lawyers out there since youre a billionaire.  Cheesy
and thats if he do really owns those bitcoins which we know that its a big joke.

Then it looks bad for him. He played a risky game, made a bad bet, and lose. But each action has consequences on this life, so, nos he will have to pay for his acts.

I have the feeling that he has enough money to avoid jail, but let's see what happens.

In the past, Wright has claimed that he was the inventor of bitcoin under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, an assertion many in the crypto world have disputed due to a lack of corroborating evidence.
According to an order issued by the Florida court on Sept. 4, the trial involving Wright’s bitcoin fortune has now been moved to Jan. 4, 2021.
Since Craig Wright has not corroborated his evidence according to his claims how can that be submissive in court that could implicate him, i know that he submitted some addresses through media but not sure about what he submitted his is own wallets as he is not transparent with his claims and we know that throughout history he always stand against or hide from the law Grin.

ok since ive long lost the 4d chess narrative bit and other lunatic ideas that have floated through this, please refresh me brain: whats the end goal??

1. he want to prove hes satoshi and then owe to billions to Kleinman he cant access, because, well, hes not satoshi

2. he wants to lose this particular case, and be off the hook for 1/2 those "mined coins" he pretends to have
and so now he can tell Kleinman to sod off.

3. padded cell for life

4. profit?

im not really interested in this idiot but still, i am interested in a train wreck sort of way. and yes, i feel horrible about it too Grin

Is all that fake theater worth it at the end. Everyone knows know that he is not Satoshi and he really failed at trying to convince anyone.
I saw a video of Craig Wright just recently and looking at his face seems for me that he had/have some heath issues. I can't tell from that bad quality of the video but he has some missing teeth.

Craig Wright Must Face Trial Over Alleged $11B Bitcoin Fortune as Request for Summary Judgment Denied
...
Stick him in jail & throw away the key.

FYI, this is not a criminal trial. It's a lawsuit. There is no jail.

Craig Wright claims (without proof) that he is Satoshi, and that he has a million or so bitcoins (including bitcoins that were proven to not be his). Ira Kleiman claims that his deceased brother was partners with Wright and that his brother's estate owns half of those bitcoins.

Here is my prediction of the outcome: CSW will lose and Kleiman will be awarded half of the bitcoins. CSW will never deliver because he doesn't actually have them, but he will claim that he lost the keys in a boating accident. The lawsuits will go on until CSW loses everything.

Your prognosis is still pretty positive, assuming that CSW will lose everything. I agree that Kleiman is likely to win, and that CSW is not likely to deliver (to be honest, I thought this already happened, and he was required to provide proof of access to those coins, with all that Tulip Trust sh*t that was supposed to be over by now, but somehow isn't. And surely, he'll lose a lot of money on those lawsuits. But they give him publicity, and I also think that he possesses the kind of wealth that is not likely to be drained by lawsuits. So he'll lose some stuff, but will remain rich nevertheless.

It’s been a really long time that I last saw anyone mentioned the name Craig Wright, I even have forgotten about him. Some people are so dumb seriously, trying to claim what doesn’t belongs to you when you know for sure that there are no means that you’re going to be able to prove that to the court and to the world.

He would have avoided all these problems by just minding his business and not saying any word at all well, he chose to be a scammer and now he’s going to be for it as well. I don’t care about whatever is going to happen next to him, that’s none of my business, no time!
