It is still difficult to say, but I think that DeFi will still be very popular in 2021 because few cryptocurrency companies have been created in the DeFi sphere and therefore I think that in 2021 there will be a lot of companies that will be created based on DeFi capabilities and technologies, so we need to carefully study the DeFi sphere on an ongoing basis.

I am amused how DeFi has progressed today. I can't tell what will gonna be the next trend in 2021 but hoping for the best in each and evry coin to uplift their value as of now. Maybe DeFi has a good standing today but we also cannot tell that this gonna stay till 2021 or is it other coin that will going to popped up or it is still Bitcoin that will dominate the market and bull up. For me whatever coin it is going to be the next trend i hope that it has a good indication for the digital currency.

actually defi projects are starting to fade now mate and yeah they really make a trend these past days but everything has an end.
remember that 2017 also create trend when Altcoin season happens.
But it did not stay for long,just before the year end,things back to normal

no one knows for sure the future trend in the world of cryptocurrency, but the habit of the trend always follows bitcoin price movements, because if the btc price is still silent then the altcoin price will also remain silent until an uncertain time limit

Defi project are being demand nowadays. There so much hype attach in it. Some people have so much expectation about the project which related to Defi ecosystem. No one knows how long will this takes but I guess it will not takes long. Another role player will emerge and still the founders of cryptocurrency will still dominate the game. BTC, ETH and XRP examples of crypto that even the future will give benefits to all.

I think defi is next trend on 2021. I don't think NFT is next trend.  Because nowadays defi is very popular. Defi project are being demand now. But suggestion is be careful about your money. Because all of new thing is not good. So wait and see.

as long as the adoption of the Defi project increases and can last a long time in the market, there is a possibility that the DEFI trend will continue in 2021. This is only based on current market adoption, and for sure only time will tell. NFT? I am foreign to this coin, maybe next time I will research it.

The next trend could be anything but we have to realize that next trend is something that will come and go as well. People are already looking for the trend in 2021 as you can see, we do not need to invest into whatever the trend will be in 2021, maybe if you are lucky you will get in early and make a lot of profit, maybe you will not make any profit but in the end we need to make sure that we invest into things that we know already.

In 2021 bitcoin will be great too, it will not suddenly become a bad investment, it was good in 2020 and was good in 2019 too and all the years back, so that means you need to find stuff that you can invest into not because there is a hype around it but they are good and have always been good. 2021 is already showing sign, that there will be many trend competition next year. But the sign the Ethereum is showing right now show that Ethereum will be the next trend 2021.
It is good to carry out research to know the new project that will take over market next year. The way many investors are investing to Bitcoin right now, thinking what happened last year will still repeat itself again. I think it will make people not to get the right trend that will take over 2021 if they follow the steps of last year.

I haven't heard of that NFT anyway, I seriously do not have any idea about this coin you were talking about but since you have mentioned, I might try to research about that all due out of curiousity because if you were aiming to say that it will be the next trend for 2021, then it must be something in there.

Actually I do not have any idea as for now what will be the next trend for 2021 for we are still months before the year ends and still we are on the problematic stages of our lives because of the current situation in our surroundings. But maybe before the year ends, a clue would come out what will be the next trend in the year 2021.

If you can read on the first page replies, it has already been pictured out what is NFT( Non-fungible tokens). But unfortunatley, it was that shorter time to see it ralying in the market. It can be expected soon and people will adopt into it but 2021 yet impossible.

Don't bother it mate, just forgot these things. The non-fungible token isn't already recognized in the community and that is only a few people know about this and investing it. maybe next year you will know about it if some of these tokens will hit on the market ...

Next year I think that will be for NAT. Although the same cryptokittens did not stay long, they made a lot of noise. So next year will be attempt number 2. Moreover, I believe that the Flow project will show a trend, this project has already signed contracts with the NBA and UFC.

It has been said that NFT is the next big think after Defi and we gonna expect thing after the hypes. Maybe a sort of surprising to see how this thing will also make a hypes on the market. I'd have to see how the adoption takes and hoe people responded to this new projects.

NFT is not a priority, there are better alternatives for making a wise investment. The next trend should be the tokens based on the cryptonomics but the time will tell the truth. Did you ever hear about the Polkadot project before it get boosted by crypto investors? During 2017, no one has the interest to invest in DOT but now the prices are more than triple of value years ago. My friends also want to invest in DOT but it is too late buying at these price levels, so patience is virtue at this timeline of market cycle.

Could be, but we already have an indication that Decentralized Finance will take a spot light this coming 2021, there's a lot of hype right now, and there will be correction on DeFi projects this coming year, because it's an evolving technology.

I really believe there is nothing that could make you money just because it is hyped, you shouldn't solely invest into a thing just because you want to invest into it, and not because other people invest into it, you should invest into something because you researched it and it looks like all the data backs up a reason for it to go up.

If you focus on the thing that will make you a bit of profit for sure, instead of the thing that may or may not skyrocket with high risk you would do better. If people invested into defi for the past 6 months, there were some that made a lot of money but there were tons that lost money that we do not talk about neither, same happened with every trend. So, please focus on what you are buying and not what other people are hyping up.
