Maybe you need to wait for an hour or more because sometimes, that can be a bad internet connection in their server. I got the same problem on the other website. Or their website is in the maintenance to update their security to be better than before. If that does not work, as @sunsilk said, you can contact their customer support to ask your problem. But that will need time before they will answer your question, so be patient for a while.
Yeah I figured that it was something like that in the beginning. But now I've been trying to figure out this issues for about 2 weeks ( obviously not two weeks straight, just have tried it a few times throughout two weeks). Yeah that's also why I asked here about this as I know customer support for this offshore gambling sites typically don't have the best customer service. Will give it a try though, thanks for your suggestions.
