I'm having issues logging in to my Bovada account, when trying to login I'm getting a message box that says "We are constantly improving your security. As a part of that, we'd like to ask you to confirm your phone number (+1 xxx-xxx-xxxx) which will be verified via SMS in the next step".

Then there's a box where your phone number is lightly grayed out where it looks like they wants you to confirm it by typing it in, but ..then using my phone on all different web browsers as well as my pc, it won't let me type anything in the box.  I cleared cashe etc to see if that would make a difference but did not.  Any advice?

Have you tried accessing it with incognito? I think I've been with this problem but not exactly with bovada or any casino and usually it's more on the browser problem based from my experience. You can also try accessing it with other browsers.

But if nothing helps, it's now time for you to email and contact their support.

Maybe you need to wait for an hour or more because sometimes, that can be a bad internet connection in their server. I got the same problem on the other website. Or their website is in the maintenance to update their security to be better than before. If that does not work, as @sunsilk said, you can contact their customer support to ask your problem. But that will need time before they will answer your question, so be patient for a while.

I've tried just about everything that I can think of.  Haven't tried incognito mode quite yet, but one of the browsers I tried was while using Brave, which I thought it basically like using incognito but just on steroids.  Will give it a try but I'm guessing like you stated that I'll just have to reach out to their customer support. Just thought this might be a known issue around here.  Thanks bud.

Yeah I figured that it was something like that in the beginning.  But now I've been trying to figure out this issues for about 2 weeks ( obviously not two weeks straight, just have tried it a few times throughout two weeks).  Yeah that's also why I asked here about this as I know customer support for this offshore gambling sites typically don't have the best customer service.  Will give it a try though, thanks for your suggestions.

It is a good thing that you have conducted your own troubleshooting and inspection. And now that you have done your part, checking with your device and browsers, I think that contacting the customer support team is the best thing to do. I also agree that internet connection is often a huge factor for these lapses in the website.

Just wanted to provide an update for others who might end up running in to this situation as well as to point out how well Bovada helped resolve this issue.  I figured it would take forever to get help so I came here first for suggestions and then just kind of put this off on the back burner.  I went to resolve this this morning and was able to do so via Live Chat help within 10 minutes.  Great customer service from Bovada who as you can see below is a very crytpo friendly online casino.
