Nope, I think just need to clean it once. Or use https://ucap.finance to access the site. The reason behind that warning already stated by this guy. Looks like metamask was UNI token fans, because he really took care of it.

Other projects also allocate the same percentage for Development & Governance, it is more than enough you don't need to worry. If the Unicap project develops well, it will be a huge amount of money.

I personally think that allocation for development should be 10-20%. That number should decided on how much money is collected. If there is a lot of money then it should be 10% and 20% at opposite.
