Hey! Under the transactions tab if you click the arrow next to your name, it should display the deposits and withdrawals there, am I misunderstanding something? Sorry

Is not a big deal problem, since my deposit in yesterday makes 2 deposit.

Maybe this is just my miss understanding because my self was pretty new on the website, my previous post is about deposit history. Since almost all casino will save the information of deposit and withdrawal no matter the transaction already confirm on the chain or deposit has been credited, but when using duelbits my deposit history is disappearing after getting credited.

Seeing this on duelbits just thinking this could be a bug on deposit history or duelbits will remove deposit history when the transaction has been confirmed on the chain or credited.

That's why my self was confused, but all fine my balance was credited so nothing to worry.

Possibly a glitch, I also don't see my deposit history on my account even though they are all credited, possibly the same problem with withdrawing history since not all my withdrawal was recorded.  Aside from that bet history seems working fine.

Nice to see some people got nice multiplier while joining the contest managed by Hhampuz. I myself was a bit lucky to hit 2700x multiplier on Tombstone by Nolimit City. Never hit such big multiplier before on 3rd party provider slots, seems that duelbits is a lucky place for me. I can say it as a big luck since I hit it when I almost lost all my balance. My start was very bad. At first I deposited around $40 and lost it all, my best payout was 190x with that deposit. Then I made 2nd deposit worth $35. I was a bit lucky when I hit 240x on the same slot (tombstone) after several spins and my balance was up to $65, but it turned to a bad run when I played some different slot games. My balance down to $14, then I decided to play Tombstone again. Luckily and surprisingly I hit the x2700 when I had less than $4 in my balance. Ended up with $275 in my balance, so I made some profit already with a chance to win additional prize from the competition.

Dont get me wrong, what I mean by slot master is not something like someone who always win on slot game. What I mean to say is that you have great knowledge about slot games than most other regular users here. Proven by some of your useful threads about slot games where you share many things about slot games. Simple example, you know about DX version but I'm sure not many users here knows about it or even heard about it before. Yep, based on japones' spreadsheet, the casino uses ~94% RTP version. It is called the DX version on NoLimit City games. Not that 2% is a big deal if you rarely play, besides it only occurs for Nolimit games (other games were fine). However, it would be much better if the casino uses ~96% of all games since addicts want to play almost every day.

Okay, this solves half the problem. Now player can ensure that EOS block is only picked after all the players having joined the duel. But other half of the issue is still there. Player can still not ensure that immediately next block is taken for the consideration.

Here is what I observed in some rounds played on DuelBits (timings as per Indian Standard Time):

Round 300590:
    End Time -> 9:52:29 PM,
    EOS Block -> 148648714;
    EOS Block Creation Time ->  09:52:32 PM;
    Difference ->  3 seconds
    EOS Blocks created in the meantime -> 8

Round 300663:
    End Time ->  11:00:22 PM,
    EOS Block -> 148656853;
    EOS Block Creation Time ->  11:00:22 PM;
    Difference ->  0 second
    EOS Blocks created in the meantime -> none

In round 300590, block created after 3 seconds was taken for the calculation. I understand this happens due to delay in API calls which is quite common. However, it opens possibility that casino maybe checking the calculation with every block and only choosing the block id which draws result in the favor of bot's position. For example, I as a player may suspect that DuelBits test-checked the result of round 300590 with the following blocks:
148648708 - maybe favoring player - rejected Created at: 9:52:29 PM
148648709 - maybe favoring player - rejected Created at: 9:52:29 PM
148648710 - maybe favoring player - rejected Created at: 9:52:30 PM
148648711 - maybe favoring player - rejected Created at: 9:52:30 PM
148648712 - maybe favoring player - rejected Created at: 9:52:31 PM
148648713 - maybe favoring player - rejected Created at: 9:52:31 PM
148648714 - Favoring bot - taken Created at: 9:52:32 PM

Interesting thing is that Block 300590 was actually won by the Duebits Bot. I am not accusing you of cheating but there is no way to make sure you are doing it or not. That's the problem of using EOS blocks because new blocks are created every half a second. This all reduces the effectiveness of Provably Fair System.

That's why I am proposing you to adopt TRON blockchain. Since new block is added on TRON network every 3 seconds, that will give you enough time to make API call and make sure that the very next or at max 3rd block validated after 'End Time' is used for the calculation. No scope left for the test-check making Provably Fair foolproof!

No problem on my aacount. Just recently open my account and deposit some ETH using brave browser in mobile. What browser are you using? Can you provide screenshot right after you click the Ethereum deposit so that we can have idea about your problem. Try to clear cache and cookies on your browser. If not fixed, try to contact support, it will be faster to fixed your account when you send directly on there help center.

The 3 confirmations can be a big problem. If you deposit with bitcoins or another coin, usually 1 confirmation is acceptable. Waiting for 3 confirmations can be a bit annoying.
