Hmm calm down @Arcas, the user who you mentioned already got his winnings and confirmed received the money. So no one get scammed nor scamming.

They can check the withdrawal first if they think someting suspicious going on, the time of manual approval also didn't too long i think based from what they said above. If you really have solid proofs about what you have said about duelbits, @Arcas, you can always post an accusation about them, which i didn't find any suspicious thing about them until now.

That is the whole problem. There was never a withdrawal. I t is completely faked by Duelbits.
Customers must be ware of this.

If ever you accuse someone, you must have valid proof, not just some conspiracy theory created by your imagination.  I don't know what is your problem with Duelbits but somehow all your accusation doesn't have any strong evidence to prove that you are right.

Sometimes, players tend to go to this forum to reach out to the gambling site's admin in hope of them listening to their issue and at the same time gather support from the community.  So it is not new if we see newly created accounts raising concerns about their winnings.


Regarding Acras, he keeps on attacking and attacking every time, that is true. Regarding the situation today, maybe he could be right.

Maybe << well that is the problem.  Tarnishing someone's reputation because of an assumption is not the way to go and may result in a really serious case against the slander.


I would appreciate it if you do not relate me to him, what he writes he must know himself. I have the right to express my own opinion here.

Personally, I think it's suspicious that someone is creating a new account, saying that he has paid out almost $ 15,000. Then a few hours and a few messages later, he suddenly received this payout.
Normally if you are making a cash payment request and it is not being processed quickly, you contact Duelbits directly. I miss that part of the story. Perhaps the user in question can provide further explanation. If I submit a withdrawal request myself, I will not post on the forum where my money is after 1 day. If Bitduels has received an email from this request, it seems to me that they are responding to it. They are also active on the forum.
At the moment I have my reservations about the situation, based on the above event. It's not about winning $ 13,000, it's about the way, and it doesn't make sense.
So, how did it went exactly, abaynes? When did you made the withdrawal request exactly?

Well, the thing is, the person is not you.  The story can go either way but there is no proof that this is a makeup scenario by duelbits.   And if you lurk enough in this forum, you can find lots of accounts solely created just to post about issues with their withdrawals.  It is a good thing that with abaynes withdrawal issue, it has been solved.

This was exactly my thinking, as I have had cashouts from other casinos delayed/tried to mess me around etc in the past. I won't be posting anymore in here as I got the outcome I wanted.

I can't convince the people who think this is fake that it isn't, it seems their minds were made up long before I posted.

If I'm about to experience this, I will feel nervous because that's a lot of money and we don't know what's going on with it. Maybe if I encountered a problem like this I will wait for 24 hours considering that there might be a technical problem or my withdrawal takes a really long time to process. If days will pass and there's no progress with my withdrawal transaction that's the time that I will contact the customer support. Most of the gambling sites have an active customer help services so, I will raise my concern with them.

Nobody is going to complain on a forum after a few hours that their payout has not been processed. It is unfortunate that this cannot be proven, but suppose we were to assume that it is not correct that they write "Instant withdrawals" anyway.
Making someone wait 7 hours for a payout is not "instant". But why am I actually writing this, I know that this was set up by Duelbits. Poor attempt by Bitduels.

It only takes 10 minutes to get the reply and one hour to get my issue solved.
Impressive fast reply to support ticket from customer. I vouch for Duelbit support team and their works.

Could you share with us how your stucked deposit was resolved, please. If you make bitcoin deposit recent days, it is easy to know why yours was stucked because the mempool was loaded up too much latest days. If your deposit transaction was broadcasted with too low fee, it can be stucked in the mempool and DuelBit has nothing to do. It is a risk for them to accept deposit at too low transaction fee (1 or 2 satoshi/byte).

It is different if the problem is from account balance credit process: Sometimes, transactions were confirmed with few confirmations but platforms have technical errors to credit them to customer balance.

Yeah it is what I guessed. Technical problem with account balance credit.

Transactions need to have confirmation (at least 1) to become a real transactions, not waiting ones. In order to avoid replay attacks on networks, companies require a minimum confirmation for deposits to be credited to account balance. The min is different by networks.

Sometimes, transactions already confirmed (with many confirmations like yours) but companies failed to credit them to account balance with their automatic operations. I believe they resolved your case manually and credit your deposit to your account balance manually too.

Dice duels game is interesting and unique. I have placed my first two bets without knowing how the game works actually Cheesy. Finally I realized it after placing my fourth bet. It's easy to play but the house edges seems higher. Personally I don't like to play at higher HE. And there is only two crypto in withdrawal option. Duelbits requires exactly only one confirmation for bitcoin deposits and three confirmations for ethereum. So there is no need to wait too much and if confirmations is more than they require, ask support.
