There was some error on claiming the gift I believe. I firstly claimed the tickets before I started wagering 50 coins to be eligible for the win up to 5 spins on Sweet Bonanza xmas.
After I've completed the wagering requirements, I tried to claim again, this time for the free spins on SB xmas.
But then, it did not allowed me to claim it, a message shows that I already claimed it the rewards for today (this is true, only for the 3 tickets, but I'm not yet claiming the Free spins).

That's mean, the claim only work once.

You cannot claiming again even in the previous claim you only claim for the tickets, if you want to get the free spin at least don't make a separate claim. The best thing, just claim the free spin with the tickets with a single claim.

Indeed, I also claim the ticket first before wagering, I thought we can go back and claim the additional 5 spins if we meet the requirement, but then the claim can be triggered once, so we better wager first before claiming any ticket so that we can also claim the bonus spin if we are eligible for it.  Btw, the wagered amount cannot be carried over to another day even if we  failed to claim the bonus spin for that day.

I think the problem when adding fiat deposits is that KYC will become mandatory and that will scare of a lot of players.
I could also claim without any problems my tickets.

they can do it mandatory for the players that will use fiat but for the players that use a crypto they can continue as normal but was it possible to add fiat and non crypto payments to a crypto betting site ?

i havent see one so far because i mostly play on full crypto casino .

Level 5+ only for a someone who register using "Steam Account", you need to level up the account steam first if register using steam. I believe level up your steam account to level 5 was pretty easy, just try to google/youtube my steam account level 15 with only buying a card on the market a few cent.

Everyday you get a random amount of tickets between 1 and 3 while free spins is 1 - 5.

Multiple accounts isn't allowed on duelbits, but there is an exception based on duelbit's ToS
