Just checked about this promotion, but I cant find where is the 250k?
What I can see is 100k as quoted below:

I believe there are no changes yet, if there are changes regarding VPN usage, they will announce it on Twitter or in this thread.  I am also from a country that has limited access to slot games and I thought using vpn is not allowed but Hhampuz announced that it is ok to use VPN to access those games.
