Humans are full of mistakes, and it could be from Duelbits side that forgot to send the reward, sent to the wrong ID, etc., or from your side. It's hard to say since there is no record of the internal transactions. IMO there should be a record of it to avoid future issues.

I played almost over 3000 bets on it yesterday, in the hope that I would get a massive feature pay out and the Free Spins I got, paid out $0.18 for the first one and then $0.00 for the next one. Then I watched Syztmz Stream last night and it also paid out $0.00 for him. (I think the RTP has changed on it)
