Did you read Kiyosaki and come here to promote him? Most of the "rules" are either obvious true or very strange things that don't have to be followed at all.

The problem is how Money can be a happiness when all of those advises from OP is anti happiness?maybe that is how people become richer but having life of Boring.

I agree with OP's tips and rules about how to get rich that you should handle your money carefully which you should only buy the things that you only needed the most in your career or your daily life. It would help if you also tried to invest your money in things that will give you profit, so could be able to pay all of your expenses without having any debts.

The rules you have stated here is really a good one. Though you kept talking about investments and not talking about people getting actual jobs that will make them steady income. Investment is good, but I have seen people who keep saying that they want to quit from their jobs and go for investment which is not a good thing.

Investment is a risky thing and the market can go any direction and you will start losing; if you have a means of steady income, which is a job, you wouldn’t worry so much and you will be able to have patience till things gets back on track. And I like where you stated that people should mind the expenses they make, that’s very important. Some of us spend money on things that are not needed, which is not good.

your list is more understandable and more serious that the op however the rule 1 , 2 and 3  contradicts or has a conflict on the 4th rule because on the rule of 1 ,2 ,3 it shows your financial savy side .

 you avoid debt and you save money but why will you waste that all effort on one single thing which was investing ?  this cant also be called easy and it cant be called less risky if investing is involved .

Investing doesn't have any conflict with rules 1,2 and 3. If you save and don't invest, you lose money due to inflation. There are many low-risk ways to invest to beat inflation.

Finally, you are in a bitcoin forum and say that investing is not savy? Even if you don't buy bitcoin and you only get it through you signature campaign, you are investing your time to get it. To get a risky asset.

Those are great rules/advices OP, if you follow these - you certainly will more possibly end up richer than if you weren't.
Even though it is a thread in Economics I'd like to point out - make sure things you do, you sacrifice, time and effort you invest make you happier.
It may sound irrelevant, but at the end of the day if you will work 60+ hours a week to be richer one day, you're going to burn out mentally and physically and that will lead to huge money loss.
So choose a comfortable pace towards your goal, its going to save you a lot of money and time too

This is a lengthy post yet, interesting and i believe a good wake up call to those who want to manage their finances well.

However, I don’t believe there are specific rules that fit for everyone to get rich. It really depends on the person’s situation, resources, strategies, and techniques on how they would make money work for them to generate a nice income. There are ways that might work for you, but might not work for me. Though I certainly agree on some rules you listed down. I suggest using the word “advice” or “reminder” instead of “rule”. I think it would be a better word to encourage the readers to do those things in accordance to their beliefs and principles by not dictating or forcing your ideas (that i assume worked for you).
 
Being rich has no shortcuts. You would need a lot of resources, determination and strategic planning to have an active generating income and investment that would ensure your financial stability, lifestyle, and future.

Rule 7
Invest in things that do not expire or have a long  shelf life and that provide you with a stable income. Example: Land that you can cultivate and build on it at the same time.

I did this rule no.7, I invested on an immovable property, I bought a lot because here in our place, there are a plenty of lots that you can buy which is really a good idea. These assets are increasing its price over time so as soon as possible, invest on it so that you will not waste the opportunity and potential of becoming rich. Also you can buy golds that is just like BTC which is good for an investment, but the only difference is the time when it will become profitable.

Too many rules that you make for someone to be rich.  Even I don't see these rules in those who are rich and even crazy rich.  Those who are rich today are only those who have worked hard and are fortunate far more than the poor...

It only runs in several rich people only. But as you know, being rich is not only because they are a hard worker and also fortune. If they work hard and fortune but they can't manage their income an outcome, and also spend their money on many things unnecessarily, they will end up in a bad situations. So, I think that the rules are not wrong.

I never said the above rules were wrong, but it's too much.  Hard working and fortune will not make people rich if they do not manage their money properly I agree with your opinion.  The rules above are like a stipulation that those who want to be rich do not and must do these things.  In fact, there are many ways to get rich and that way is different for many people.  As the saying goes, "many roads lead to Rome".

There are some stuff that makes sense, and obvious stuff that everyone knows and there are also very weird ones as well like what the hell is "don't invest into women"? They are not an asset you acquire . They are literally human themselves too, quite a good sexist approach that makes all the list look like written by some 19 year old wannabe investment banker.

In any case pick your poison and if you want to check the list go ahead and read it, some of them will make sense to you as well like the "no vices" thing, obviously smoking, drinking these are bad things and we should not do it, sometimes we do but we shouldn't but the rest has some shady stuff in there as well. Pretty standard rules, I can second that. I would like to add some things to the bucket. One is always remember that if things can fuck up then it will fuck up; two is that there are people out there that are going to antagonize you, deal with it; three, power is corrupts the innocent, always be aware; four, do not trust anybody your back. What you have mentioned rules are all correct, it is just the basic rules that any person do in their daily lives. But for me it is not the only way to become rich, mostly they become rich because they worked hard to earn more money and others are just simply more fortunate than poor people because they can easily get the opportunities that will make them to rise. I don't believe those who are rich followed those rules completely to achieve their richness, its quite an herculean task to be able to put to use those rules, we also have illiterates that are also rich how did they accomplish that feat of getting rich? even without knowing how to read and write,my point is that anybody can be rich if you are very wise and intelligent in managing your investment.
