The application, which was posted for almost a month, was only bumped. If you check in https://bpip.org/, he had 95 merits in the last 150 days, that tells he isn't lying, but he should update his merit count to 51 now and avoid bumping the old application.

I almost never accept anyone who can't even bother to write up a new application. Doesn't take more than 1minute and if anything it makes me actually not want to add you in any of my campaigns (people who "bump" their applications or just quote it and type "reapplying" - not you freedomgo).
