thats the utility of this coin . as of now defi is still breathing somehow so we can expect that there will be an activity flowing on uni exchange and this exchange is more open to any defi projects so earning a volume is never been that hard for uni .

Defi is definitely still breathing even though you can see now ETH is back at 570 and falling thanks to Bitcoin slipping up after hitting 24k yet again yesterday. It is going to be very hard to get anything in this climate I think,,, and defi projects are going to be the first to suffer without real utility going for them.

as long as Uniswap exchange is still popular I think holding UNI is still profitable. I looked at the BNB coin, see today the BNB coin is priced at $30, and you know at first this coin was worth less than $1. and all because of the Binance exchange.

You should not expect a huge thing from uniswap. There's also a new dex coin called 1inch. You can see that the centralized exchange sites are still dominating the daily trade volume which mean the dex was getting the huge volume when there's a big hype. The people will be going back again to the where it should be (CEX) when the hype is over.

The problem with this is that, when the DeFi hype is over, will Uniswap be still active as it was? And seeing the UNI price this week, instead of going up as what bitcoin is having these days, UNI is slowly going down. This early, they are already showing an alarming condition for UNI. So my guess is that this token is not for long term and will slowly go down from its current value, maybe even hitting $1. Unless, UNI team will think of another activity that can get the interest of crypto traders again.

UNI will always be a popular decentralized swap service and why? it's caused by there's no a lot of change on its daily trade volume. that means if uni's stat is really stable right now. Ethereum just need mass adoption to make uniswap will get more and more volume to come. This time bitcoin is very bullish and that's why so many volume on uniswap was moving to the centralized exchange.
People are being attracted with the pump that happens with bitcoin today.

Don't Get so Intact In  Holding this Coin , For me the value is strategically made High so the receiver may consider Holding this for long term , Not Knowing what will happen in the following days.

I have a feeling 2012 would be a good year for exchange tokens, if CoinBase IPO happens to be successful with that crazy valuation being thrown around, I expect all these big exchanges valuation to adjust to that valuation, assuming CoinBase is valued $100 I expect Uniswap to have atleast have of its valuation because its Volume is now close to that of CoinBase.

It may happen but not for now. This time uni acts as a governance token for its users and that means when people owned uni and they can participate in the voting to chose which development plan for the future.
UNI is still lack of features compared with the centralized exchange site that gives you everything but it doesn't mean this one is bad. It's not good enough to hold UNI for longterm

The UNI token looks like there is no significant movement when the bitcoin price continues to increase, it looks like the DEFI hype is slowly starting to fade because most of the DEFI is indicated as scams, for the long term I'm not sure UNI will grow better because in my opinion this token can only take advantage of the existing hype once the hype is gone, it is possible that its value will fall.

I'm not saying this coin is bad but IMO if it's not worthy to hodl UNI at this moment. UNI is a governance token and it's not so utilized as another token like BNB or something else. The price of UNI will be very stable consider it will need a lot of time to be utilized.
When you are holding UNI and you will be eligible to participating in the voting and I thought that if this is not a good coin to be used as investment.
When you are interesting in UNI's governance and you can own some of the UNI token. it's not only about the hype
