If you have checked/read the Amepay's whitepaper you will know the distribute of the token which didn't offered in ICO. The toke will be allocated to Rewards, Founder Team, Marketing & advisory and Reserved for development with different of percentage allocation.

I have seen in their website 14.4% sold out with 50% discount. Where do you see 86% sold out? I can't find out this information anywhere. Balance tokens will be locked and released in structured matter in next 2 years.

We are targeting IEO in a top exchange in December followed by listing in major exchanges one by one.
