It's getting more and more unlikely these days, but I'd like to ask if there's any ANONYMOUS crypto virtual debit card to pay online?

A few years ago, there were far less cards on a similar list, but almost all of them offered anonymous option. Now with so many cards out there, I can't find a single one that offers that.

What you write isn't verified with documents, you still need to use an us/ca phone number to even enable google pay.

Sorry, you're right.
The declared data is not checked in any way. (I mean no documents, so no KYC in practice)
Phone number was not verified by them 
Card works - I made my first purchase with it.

Fee is not small, because with a top-up for about $51.50 (BTC) to the card, there is about $42 left to spend.

About the high fees, yep  It may seem costly since you paid ~20% but that's because it includes the cost of the card ($6). Next time you refill it, you pay $3 balance refill action + 3.5% reload fee+ $2 monthly maintenance fee
Let's say the next time you spend 100$, you will get ~90$. It's a lot cheaper with 10%

And don't forget since the card is in USD, if you pay in a shop using another currency, you will have to pay the visa/mastercard fees (I'm talking about the FX fees)

The problem to me is since I'm european and we have 3DS here, the cards are not compatible

Yes, I also agree with you. However, it is a virtual card, so it can be used not for payments only in euros, but for example, to buy domains for $ (or I didn't get your point)
Looking at the percentage fee, the perspective can also be different when we use a larger amount:
I haven't calculated it exactly, but I expect that if you fill card for $500  (not $50 like I did), the percentage cost will come out not 20%, but probably less than 5% (more / less)
Still good enough for anonymity

Unless you mean that in Europe such cards are no longer (theoretically) available ... That's true ... Europe regulates it strongly.
Now the question is - is it good or bad ... for us? for the future of crypto?

Fees are a bit different from last time I checked, but they are not that bad.
Good thing I heard for this cards is that they even work for Paypal, but I can't confirm this myself.
It's important to know that nobody should use this cards to purchase any cryptocurrencies or gift cards with it, as stated in their terms this can result in your card being declined or flagged for potential fraud.
I don't know why anyone would buy crypto with this cards, but better to read clearly before purchasing them.

There is much better alternative CoinDebit that has lower fees, but sadly they currently work only in United States

Bitpay is temporarily pausing its MasterCard and is planning to relaunch its program by the end of the year with another banking partner[1].

For the current cardholders, you have until 15 of June before the card becomes inactive.

Wonder what the reasoning is.
However, with the Gemini CREDIT card you do get some nice perks. And with the Coinbase Visa Debit you also got cash back (well crypto back) with the BitPay you got nothing. So I can see this bing a point of contention between them. Because, lets face it. If you are going to pull a crypto card out of you wallet are you going to go with the 3% back or the 0% back.....

This card is available worldwide with 2% cashback every month. This is cool because the funds will be directly deducted directly from the ledger balance.

Someone will correct me if i am wrong, but I don't think that crypto will be deducted directly from your Ledger but instead you will have to transfer it to ledger card first, meaning that crypto is not in your custody anymore.

Also, If this will not trouble you, Adding the benefits of the cards on the list such as rebates percentage will be very helpful to choose a better crypto card.

Maybe you should have mentioned more details about it, like what's exactly neede to get up to 2% cashback etc.

People have to be crazy to apply for this ledger cards especially in combination with their upcoming (now paused) Recovery feature.

For people who are interested in Bitcoin cashback there are much better options and some of them are even kyc-free, like virtual cards from The Bitcoin Company.
There are Intenational and US only type of VISA cards with 2.5% reward, and they have a bunch of other gift cards with better rewards:

Not sure how many people here were using their service. But I know not everybody has gotten the official e-mail about them shutting down yet. I got one, but two other people who have accounts there did not. Could be they're sending the emails out in batches or they might have gotten eaten by a spam filter someplace.

I don't know if their card was mentioned on this thread at all but I figured it's good to put this information out there.

I thought that the problem is with my computer. My balance doesn’t sync even though ledger live recorded already the blockchain transaction on history. All thing is messy too when I try to connect my new ledger to the ledger live since it still detects my old device account despite I already reset it.

If that was poissble it would automatically made it by far the best crypto debit card on the market becase you wouln'd thave to trust anyone with your crypto but unfortunately that's not possible.

Many people had synicning issues, especially with Ethereum app. Add on that double spend problems that happened from time to time and you get a completely useless app and instead of Ledger trying to sort something as essential as their app, they waste time & money on that bad reovery idea.

You have to use Orbot or a VPN in order to be able to buy this card. It's strange because now that I have changed my IP, I can see the list of banned countries, but my country is not listed even listed there.

The fees look good compared to what we've seen before. 0.00036978 BTC for a 10$ card (with the current preev.com rate of 27,190$).

I haven't bought the card, so I can't really vouch for them but make sure to read the warnings on the app before buying. The card does not work everywhere (like in PayPal, Revolut, etc.)

I was actually trying to use the app and not the website. If I use my IP address, the virtual card doesn't show but if I use a VPN, then it shows but like I said, it's strange because that page also shows the restricted regions, and my country is not part of them. Have you tried them?

Yes I did play around with few offers to see how everything works, and I can send you ref code if you want 
You even have the different offers for cards if you select different countries inside app, for example g00gle play giftcards are available only if you select few countries like United States, Germany, etc.
