On someone giving him money, of some top traders working for a certain period for him for free to prove they are worth by making profits, the same traders would work for a fraction of the profit, investors would simply provide the money and gain other and he will take the rest.

Juridcal paperwork can be done its not a problem just formals if money is involved then juridical paperwork cant be obstacle here we all here for business whats good for business its good for us if business requires to have legal paperwork it can be done not a problem  !
as its private organisation for private investors its priviledge to be member of this your few bux is nothing special anyone has few bux to invest specially now days as loans are cheap and its popular to take loans to invest in business.

I'm with LeGaulois on this one even if your hedge fund handles cryptocurrencies it doesn't make you exempted in any kind of law for registering your own company. Since you are all about "professionality" here just think about it this way as a company who is asking for people to invest and join in their hedge fund wouldn't it be right and more trustworthy in operating your company legally with all the registrations and requirements done? Because if you don't think its necessary then you are just the same as the MLM networking companies fooling a lot of people in investing in their illegal company. For a hedge fund company who isn't registered, not disclosing any names, and trying to avoid a lot of questions you are off to a bad start gathering interest here.

nobody wount disapere with funds lol its criminal why need to make problems with law?? not worthed.

but any time the capital is big enough and not enough interest the fund managent can return the coins back to the investors,since have enough capital so dont need the investors really anymore and there is no reason to scam.
for example: 10 milion of funds you make one good trade 10% profit its all ready 1 milion so the 10 mil can be returned back to investors and traders can contionue with 1 milion trading making profits.

scamming dont work anymore and its pointless and blockchain is not so private,its just easy to return funds to investors and thats it its a win win situation
