What contests are launched now in Free TON?

For this question, I think you are better to ask on their telegram group if any. Usually, an event or contest will be announced on telegram channels or chat groups. You also can directly ask the team or TON management if you ask directly to them. It sometimes will take a long time to see their answer if you post your question here.

Sure, America is a very large area with advanced technology, diverse cultural practices and with developing people. I'm glad the whole conflict between SEC and Free TON has been resolved. It is a nice development hoping to see developers in America churn out amazing programs on the community incubator. If companies build their salary payment modules on the Free TON ecosystem the employees would be glad to be laid through the Blockchain network considering its fastness and speed of
