To be honest, I am not reading any TOS or disclaimer in any site that I am accessing, I will only check its security, I need to be sure that it is having a good security feature and it will not run after some months or years. I will also check if KYC is needed in this site, I don't want to send a KYC, it could be hassle for me, most importantly I will look for some review of other player, research before playing that is the good thing to do.
Well, if it's boring to read the TOS, there are shortcuts that others likely doing it too. Searching for keywords like KYC for that one worry that we have.
KYC is an inconvenience when we're gambling and it is the reason why some gamblers caught by surprise that they have to do it because they haven't seen or read the TOS.
KYC is always present in a site I guess, however, not all the time they'll require you a KYC. Maybe they are following some rules like Binance have , because in Binance you can trade as long as you don't exceed their limit, but just in a separate scenario because trading is mostly not illegal while gambling is illegal in some countries.
Even me I don't want the gambling sites requiring KYC for their players because people maybe the reasons why they are choosing this because they want to become anonymous. Reading TOS is better because maybe you can see that their other terms that you did not want so you can avoid registering or playing because in the end you are get problems if you do against to their terms that you accept without reading.

It is present and will only ask you if obligatory but if the casino you gamble isn't requiring kyc, that's way better. I think there were other members who have explained the kyc portion made by a casino if time permits.
They do it if the situation entails doubts or trouble seen by them.

Most of the time, gamblers aren't really reading the TOS of the gambling site. Almost everything online, a lot of users are just ignoring these terms the same way on how they treated agreements, for example, if they are downloading software online, they just click accept and continue then that's it. With that mindset, we not knowingly applied it even in gambling where I think we should really read the TOS to avoid conflict as we talk about money here. What mostly happens is that when we encounter a problem, that is the only time we read the TOS so it's late for us to win or dispute the house as it is our mistake in the first place not to read the TOS.

Yes, I always check the Terms of service of every gambling platform I'm playing with. I don't want to go under an agreement without knowing the terms. Before I didn't bother checking it and ended up the casino i'm playing before asking me to pass KYC in order to withdrew my winnings
But some TOS are usually bogus in types and i hate reading them comprehensively. The mistakes thousands made are still making is not reading the gambling platforms TOS before make deposit. Sometimes it saves self from hassles free if TOS is be read before engagement. Although, IMO, any gambling platform with good reviews and longtime reputation; am ready to go without TOS. For KYC, most reputable gambling platforms always place alert on huge deposit or winning just to keep their reputation.

What? No they aren't because the TOS is design for better understanding of the platform that you have to agree on it by clicking the checkbox of agree terms and conditions of the platform. It must be read so that one will not be misguided or violates the rules and regulations of the platform. This we do not want to happen right unless we d not like the platform and will not read to it instead we tend directly exploring the platform of its offer.

Yeah, most definitely because we want to save time and besides, we would just play anymore.

However, downloading a software and playing in a gambling site is quite different as in gambling, you could lose a lot of money if you fail to read the TOS and you got affected with it, so it's important that you read if you are betting big money so you'll not regret in the end.

Most of the gamblers are not really putting huge bet, so it's not really big if they lost against the TOS, and it's not a problem for most of the gamblers anyway.

Most gamblers look for keywords in the ToS. Especially on Limits and KYC, those are elementary things. A lot of things it says are not really relevant. But they should probably just be there.
There are also gamblers who do not value the ToS at all, too much material to go through everything properly. Or maybe read the introduction a little superficially. Not every bookmaker has an index, by the way.

There are also gamblers who do not value the ToS at all, too much material to go through everything properly. Or maybe read the introduction a little superficially. Not every bookmaker has an index, by the way.

And those gamblers that failed to at least browse the important things in ToS will usually end up complaining to the site about not getting their funds or can't withdraw. Came to find out, they need to submit KYC docs before withdrawal. That is, for some casinos that do require KYC. So for me, it is really important to read at least those important sections that pertain to you as a player. You need to be responsible so you will not end up crying about the possibility of losing your funds.

The lawyers are hired for preparing the decent TOS with considering the conditions of the casino included providers, payment methods, country restrictions, etc. In fiat accepted online casinos, some websites accept the Skrill deposits but only users from specific countries are eligible to make a withdrawal request with Skrill. When the gambler accepts his fault for not reading the TOS, the casinos usually convince them using a bank account for wire transfer. Just simply using keywords can prevent this situation and gambler shouldn't fall into the taxes-comission trap by government-banks.

I think you're a little bit naive to think this way. Even if you read them carefully it will not prevent them from changing them the next day. Moreover they mostly don't respect their own ToS

It is really important to read the TOS of the gambling site you are going to play, that's why a lot of user was agreeing to contract with the gambling site without them knowing. You should really read the TOS particularly with the new gambling site since they are the ones who really need to be reviewed for your own safety.

If you are skeptical about those casinos who love changing the ToS time to time , you can always screenshot and save them to reveal later in case they do change it and start accusing what is wrong with them doing that thing.
Sometimes updated ToS needed but mostly indeed they do edit as they wish illegally.
The most simple to do with this ToS stuff is by searching the rules that you care so much and read it thoroughly, simple as it.

It's much easier to read FAQ than TOS and most people choose to do that.

The only problem with choosing to read FAQ is that it's not legally compelling. They could write something else in TOS than in FAQ and confuse or cheat users so by doing it you're taking a risk but it's much smaller than simply accepting TOS without reading anything.

I want to make a survey from gamblers in the forum if they are really reading the TOS of the gambling sites they are playing with.

Therefore, I request you to vote and give an explanation on why you voted yes or no?
To be honest, I don't read the TOS of a gambling site. I mostly skip it because it is a boring one to read for me. But I read when I go for the withdrawal process. The maximum time I read it for ensuring the site is needed to go through a KYC process or not.

Avoiding to have a big problem when withdrawing your funds, this matters with every gamblers.

Though lots of gimbling site state that they are not implementing KYC but the catch most of the time is they are requiring it in case to case basis, even you read it clearly there are times that sites requires you to provide this info, either you are trying to cash out big amounts or your account are being tagged for whatever reasons, still important to clear it out to make sure that you won't have any issues while enjoying your stay.

This is what needs to be avoided when the problem occurs to us someday, gambling sites rarely apply KYC in withdrawals because they really like to be anonymous without having to know our identity, therefore reading TOS is very important because every rule is all there so you need to read and do not abuse it.

With such a large amount of funds I think there is a limit in the amount but I think it is rare that people keep such large assets on gambling platforms.

I agreed, FAQs are more easy and direct to the point, most of the time when the user encounters some unusual thing with the site, they will rush to FAQs. there are also some people who wanted to go straight there by reading everything so that they can understand how the site works. Sometimes, if they read something strange there, they won't gonna deposit any BTC to the site and leave immediately.

I don't know what is big deal for people reading Both TOS and FAQ?it wont take an hour to check and understand them both and besides those for our own safeties in dealing with that specific company.

I want to make a survey from gamblers in the forum if they are really reading the TOS of the gambling sites they are playing with.

So what if you broke their TOS when playing since you have not read those?and you will only read when you need to withdraw and they will not allow you.

No problem if you don't read the TOS of a gambling site, but you should read about that, especially in the withdrawal section so you can know what it needs to withdraw your win money. If you read the TOS after winning, I am afraid that you might feel disappointed if the gambling site needs you to verify yourself before continuing the withdrawal process. The thing that you need to know is the gambling site will not apply KYC, and for withdrawal, they don't use KYC too if we only want to withdraw a little win money. If you can have the gambling site that is not applied KYC and that site has reputations, you will not get any withdrawal problem.

Never read TOS the terms of service in gambling at all, even directly deposit without first checking the conditions for withdrawal, betting or others. In my opinion, the terms and conditions on gambling sites are not much different from cryptocurrency or exchange markets and almost all of them we get a risk warning. Most read the requirements when there are problems, for example withdrawing or new deposit, checking again why the WD deposit is being processed for a while. For others who are accustomed to how risk in trading in gambling also has the same thing. Maybe for newcomers, they must read the TOS or Term Of Service when they lose, they already know the risks they face.
