Are there scam tokens in UNISWAP?

Who saw before?

How do you describe them?
There are some scam for sure because the Uniswap team cannot handle checking or monitoring them all.

But I'm sure that the team will make actions in necessarily according to the report so what we need to do is report each scam that we will find across the line.

And also try not to get inside those scamw, before investing better ask the community regarding .

Uniswap is a decentralized exchange, so there is no possibility of verification by the Uniswap team. If such an opportunity to verify the placed tokens is made, then the Uniswap exchange should become centralized. When you buy a token, you will need to enter its contract, then it will be a safe purchase. The token contract number can be found here: https://www.coingecko.com/

The decentralized system allows anyone to create tokens and list on DEX exchangers such as Uniswap. Therefore, Uniswap always gives a warning that we need to be careful when making transactions and pay attention to details about the token.

There are so many tokens who are a scam in uniswap because many new projects are left without any large liquidity makes investors not so interested in even many projects that revoke their liquidity for fear of losing a lot of money in the project that many scams are too through their purchase in their uniswap sell all their tokens and scam all the money investors.

for some reason, the token scam continues to be rampant and without dying, even though the technology is progressing but it cannot filter and exterminate scam tokens quickly. I'm also confused why this keeps happening, and no one is responsible for the fraud.

Are there scam tokens in UNISWAP?

So many scam token in UNISWAP, many tokens with the same name but different contract address, so I think if you don't know exactly about uniswap better to choose a trusted exchange like Binance than uniswap. We want to make money in crypto, right?? So I think we should avoid risk from all side

Uniswap is decentralized, so easy to make liquidity and listed there, so be careful

if there are two names of coins in one market, we should look and check the token contract, because if they are different, they certainly will not apply, we should be more careful before transacting. not for a new market, for an old market, there must be fake tokens.

we know that the ERC20 type token is very easy to enter Uniswap, I think there are a lot of scam tokens but we have to see the token whether the project is still being developed by the owner or not, for example looking at the project's website or social media

There is really a scam token in the uniswap where they are trying to impersonate trading in the platform. As UNISWAP booming, fake coins is also cotinuing to plague decentralized exhange uniswap.

Are there scam tokens in UNISWAP?

Yes, there are scam tokens on UNISWAP. Because anyone can list their tokens on UNISWAP. The fee is not so high. So anyone can list their tokens on UNISWAP and loot the money of Investors. The most used technique by the projects is: Firstly they will list their token on UNISWAP and add Liquidity. People will buy their tokens. Then the price will become high. Then the project owner will exit from the market withdrawing all liquidity.

Also, scammers impersonate tokens. So it's better to check contract address before buying any tokens.

I think there are a lot of scam tokens on Uniswap because ERC20 can be made by anyone. It is difficult to detect a token scam unless we know the social media token and besides that I think the easiest way is to see from the price impact which is too big
or you can say that uniswap is decentralized, this makes it easier for people to enter and  exit . erc20 can be made by anyone but if the coin is created for the sole purpose of scamming and if you plan this to list on centralized exchange the higher the chance that it will be rejected or can be detected easily but even if they are listed on a dex a scam coin can still be possibly detected and yeah price is one of the basis to know . having a social media page dont help because they can fake it all out but all of the projects do have a social media page just to make them look normal .

Many project defi scam on uniswap

It's not Uniswap's fault, just because the project is not good. They use uniswap as their farm.
the advantage of uniswap is that you will not be able to swap tokens that have no liquidity.  You will be safe and avoid a scam if you don't fill the liquidity (pool) of the scam token.  let's all "swap" safely on uniswap and don't easily give your coins (eth or something else) to a pool by following the liquidity program on the token scam..

There are lots of tokens that can easily access this exchange, this being decentralized. Also you can check first if the site is correct before you deposit anything or else you'll lose what you have. Just try to be observant to avoid being scammed.

I strongly advise finding the token for trading by the searching name of the project, better to check the CMC and copy-paste the contract address one by one. Scammers use the same methods which were use case for Forkdelta. Better safe than sorry, IMHO. Uniswap also suggests the contract address of token, simply copy the given data and make a small online research. The whole research process will be less than 10 minutes and I usually prefer to spend this time rather than losing money on scam projects.

usually fraudsters use some old way of doing their actions and some even offer almost 100% profit, and some scammers even offer token duplication and The same thing is usually a form of fraud that has often occurred, where we must be more careful in dealing with similar offers so that Inedible losses are very wasted. There is a good thing that we buy ourselves the token we want instead of expecting a quick multiplication which of course sounds too good and easy to materialize, because after all, tokens are money, so it's just like we expect a multiplication of money.

there are so many scam tokens on UNISWAP...
I suggest that you be careful, don't carelessly become a liquidity participant in an unclear token because you are interested in the profit-sharing offered. If you want to become a liquidity participant, then choose tokens/coins that already have large volumes on other exchanges.

Is it really possible for someone to list a coin with a similar name in UNISWAP to scam? If yes, I think uniswap should work on verifying those tokens before listing it, since their company name is at stake.

I think this would the best advice before buying a token in uniswap to prevent scam.

at Uniswap ?, you already know for sure that Uniswap is a decentralized exchange,
of course a token can be very easy to enter there, it's just that liquidity is added from the member or team,
if the team of a project doesn't add liquidity then their token has no meaning list on Uniswap, there are many, and of course it's a scam.
This is a problem everyone will be facing, anyone can create a liquidity and it would be a surprise that the majority of these tokens will last the next few months, it is a pump and dump market and anyone investing in it should be really careful as the number of scams are increasing and especially with the bitcoin rising to new levels expect the scammers coming in with different methods.

Are there scam tokens in UNISWAP?

Who saw before?

How do you describe them?
Scam tokens are always present in healthy market so even in Respective exchange there is always scam and ponzi.
And now this Uniswap?after climbing that fast?for sure those scammers are going with the flow now and trying to ride in Uniswap popularity.

But distinguishing scam from Legit is a though Job and only Market experts can analyze and name them.

But there are already some Scam projects that has been mentioned in some thread here in altcoin.
But of course Greed will always bring those noob to become victim,.
