Last 2 pics looks like click bait for some media content. As far as things going viral, well sara algorithm ka chakkar hai. Some countries, community are favourite to get some stick and racism is alright against them, india falls into same category.

I've been to Varanasi and have seen the kachori walas you are mentioning here. These kachori walas do not even have a proper kitchen setup. They will make kachoris on road where there will be dust, flies, etc roaming around. Even the oil these kachori walas use is the same for months. They don't even wash the kadhais which creates a thick black layer. We mostly ignore that thinking some hygiene would at least be maintained but to be honest, there is none.

I once got food poisoning when I was in Delhi and was roaming around for chats in daryaganj. That was the moment I stopped eating outside food especially oily food as I don't trust the oil anymore. I would spend way more for the same food but would have it in a good restaurant.

Trick is to avoid fried food in old Delhi, infact everywhere. Ngl with all raid news on restaurants related to adulteration food, now i don't trust em either.

No wonder the number of stomach infections happening in school going children keep going up. I used to hear another rumor that trans people are rolling the roti/paratha for the roadside roll shops. I dont know how far this is true and I dont mind giving employment to these people. What I have doubt about is the hygiene of such workplaces.

In either cases, food prepared at home is way hygienic than any outside hope you can ever think about.

^^ one of the sector which saw massive improvement in the last decade. We used to be so dull and sluggish, took a decade or so to reach here. Corruption and irritation around system are still there but folks won't mind it because stuff is moving fast. Adani doing alright in building up capacity aur new PLI scheme will help more.

This gov going brrr on Infrastructure also helped a lot and logistics costs are also in single digit ( 7-8%) it used to be almost double back in 2017-18.

India has an obesity rate of around 24% for both men and women and that is not good.
In last 5 years, this has increased by around 4% which shows how much unhealthy food are people consuming.
This is directly impacting our future generations.

Studies important hai ya khel? Obviously Studies. Same goes for 100 other stuff in life but we chose the wrong option because hume mann ko bhi khush rakhna hai .

Obesity rates and aisi problems will only go up because ab sabko mobile pe games khelne hai, sabko online time spend karna hai instead of going out and do things. My 12-year-old cousin spends like 12 hours on mobile and god knows where this will end.

Btw abhi recently news dekhi where they gave death sentence to 9 policemen who brutally killed father and son duo (covid ke time ki baat hai). Happy to see ki kahi to kuch theek ho raha hai.

That sentence was given by the High Court, which, according to everyone, is a good sentence. But this is the Indian Judicial System that has many loopholes. Those 9 policemen, through their lawyer, will appeal this judgment in the Supreme Court, and most probably the death sentence will be removed, and life imprisonment will be given to them. If not, then they all can file a mercy petition with the President of India. All of this will take time, and an actual conviction will come after 10 years or more. Justice in India is always delayed except for the elite class.

Was it High court or some district court?

Excellent judgement if it holds, for such crime punishment should be this severe and without any political correctness. If any NGO comes up dharna and mercy petition, they should get some belt treatment as well.
