sample site: http://daclaq.weebly.com
The full site with its ULR will be released soon

The normal stock market like the NASDAQ has grades that it places stocks in, for example verified secure stocks would be level 1, mid range would be level 2 and less secure more pump and dump stocks would be level 3. This is why I have made the DACLAQ, Decentralized Association of Cryptographic Listing Automated Quotations. The purpose of the DACLAQ is to rank each coin by market cap but at the same time putting each coin in one of the levels of Secure 1, Secure 2, Mid Range and Low Range. By doing this people will get a better understanding of the reality of each coin and what it actually does and were it stands not just a price value.

By making the DACLAQ the go to site instead of things like coinmarketcap that list pump and dump coins and inflate their market cap, DACLAQ will also list the coins but place them in one of the grades to give people a better understanding.

Is this something that satisfies both sides of the argument? It distinguishes the reality of each coin while still remaining decentralized and by making DACLAQ the go to site it would have a positive influence on proven crypto.

Are their any suggestions or arguments?

again here is the sample of the site: http://daclaq.weebly.com

Yep. You find LTC on one list and that shit called IndependenceCoin on the other.
