If I read you correctly are you implying that once a central bank digital currency is going to be implemented that would be the end of bitcoin? What do you mean that (bitcoin) can be dropped very easily? No CBDC can replace the very characteristics which make bitcoin and its protocol special. CBDC will be an entry in a SQL database
No, I do not mean it would be the end of Bitcoin at all, I was discussing the adoption of Bitcoin by profit-oriented platforms such as PayPal; They are not implementing Bitcoin into their protocol for it's unique qualities, if it was so, they would have not added other cryptocurrencies like ETH, USDT or BCash, in a situation where a CBDC which offers more volume and an easier transition with the traditional financial system is set up, such platforms could switch over so as to make more profits, they can also be influenced by government agencies to adopt the centralized currencies, same with individuals who adopt Bitcoin through such platforms for convenience.

This would not in any way be the end of Bitcoin, it has qualities which makes it stand out among other competing asset classes and more people would wake up to this with time, and why it is beneficial to them. A government currency built on the blockchain would not change that.

Many people still do not know what the bitcoin thing is. Some people know but do not know the whole thing. Those who know little have mistakenly said the scam project. But Bitcoin will bring a radical change in our future.
My personal idea is that in the future Bitcoin will control the currency of all countries.

As we know as a crypto Community most of people's think that a Bitcoin (any crypto currency) is illegal and scam. But Now Paypal officially integrated inbuilt features to buy/sell Bitcoin , Etherium , USDT and etc. So It is a great slap to the mostly people who think Crypto is illegal. Now they understand the power of crpyto in upcoming less than 2 years and it will change whole market , the early adopters will take great benefit.
For me it's only small percent of the people who knew Bitcoin or crypto since not everyone know about it and the majority who knew it are investors/holder and traders.
So only small percent would be those who you called people that thinks Bitcoin or any crypto illegal and scam.

maybe, but people on the internet saying something a lot doesn't represent what "most people" think. there is a lot of FUD campaigns against bitcoin so obviously we will see a lot of cases that are calling bitcoin this and that but it doesn't represent the majority. for example a lot of people were saying bitcoin will fall to $1000 not so long ago, that didn't mean "most people" or even those who were saying it believed it. it was just FUD.

Ehh, probably true. But the sentiment towards bitcoin that we see on social media is a good indicator on how people look at it today. And while I probably won't say "most" people think bitcoin is a scam(because I really don't have data to back this up), but it's a safe assumption(imo) that A LOT of people still thinks it's a scam, even if deep inside they may not think it is, it's just that some of them are jealous.

Bitcoin becomes a "scam" term because of the people spreading fake news and used for scamming other people. Right now there are widely spreading the news about the bitcoin which is the PayPal they already accepted the use of the bitcoin is this a good sign for another change and adopting the use of the bitcoin? I hope so for sure most of the people will try how it will works because a new feature needs to explore this is the common behavior of humans. Being out of curiosity.

I'm just wondering right now do they adapt the use of the altcoins too?. (Such as eth, bch, xrp and ltc) I hope they will too.

Honestly corporations have already made BTC into a privacy nightmare. Given their grand entry and adoption of crypto now will only make privacy a myth. More power to Monero like coins.

Do not make high expectations, yes, in some countries bitcoin is not legal, and the government of my country does not recognize bitcoin transactions.  in general, it doesn't matter to me.  because I only focus on trading and investing.  the government doesn't know my profession as a crypto trader.  I just think that bitcoin and crypto have given me huge profits.  And if the government accepts crypto, that's awesome and bitcoin is not a scam.

I don't think that is quite accurate.

It is true though that there are a lot of people thinking that Bitcoin is illegal or a scam but I think there are still more people that are afraid of scared of the volatility of Bitcoin. They know that it is a cryptocurrency they could invest into but they are quite afraid that they might just lose because of how the price changes in a short period of time.

Nah, most people doesn't think Bitcoin is a scam, but they're more likely doesn't trust Bitcoin in the long run. Some thinks it'll eventually lost it's value, some thinks It's controlled by big players, and all other speculations including the market volatility.
Paypal is just riding the rising popularity of cryptocurrency, this isn't only about Bitcoin, but it's also about promoting other altcoins. Including the shady ones.

My personal idea is that in the future Bitcoin will control the currency of all countries.
It won't, not a single chance.
First of all, Bitcoin is decentralized which is a downside for majority of the governments when it comes to a currency. Its market value is also volatile, in contrast with the idea that a currency shouls have a stable market value in order to promote equity regarding the world market. Fiat currencies and cryptos are more likely to co-exist in the future than a single currency will be in the center of transactions. Bitcoin and other cryptos are having advantages over fiat but the fact that fiat are more supported across different countries, it will be impossible for it to have a single spotlight in the future. Also, I don't think that is the purpose of cryptos in the first place.

I would never think that Bitcoin could be a scam or even a scam in the future.  It seems to me a kind of madness to think like that.  I think a person with a healthy brain and full knowledge of Bitcoin can never imagine that Bitcoin is a scam.  Bitcoin is slowly gaining popularity around the world.  PayPal is taking steps to legalize Bitcoin.  So we can say that Bitcoin will be the only digital currency in this digital age.  Bitcoin has already been able to show its power all over the world.

It is often said that bitcoin is a scam even though they have not yet proven it, and it is said that it will going to lose value over time. But as the years go by, bitcoin gets stronger and even wider. And due to the imminent acceptance of paypal to bitcoin and other crypto currencies in that way people will be more confident in bitcoin and this will also serves as an opportunity for mass adoption in crypto.

Its not new that some says bitcoim is scam some people don't have knowledge about bitcoin or crypto that's why they always say that bitcoin scam. So try to understand some people say that much better try to tell to them in a good way that they can search about bitcoin so that they can know and have knowledge to bitcoin.

Well, perhaps those people who think bitcoin is a scam are lack knowledge and don't understand the power of bitcoin usage.
However, -- we could not blame them in this way, -- social media FUD was made bitcoin becomes a scam to them. They did not know that only people who had the bad intentions of bitcoin that want to take advantage of naive people become a scam. Regarding the paypal adoption, perhaps this could be the start of bitcoin will have mass adoption.

As we know as a crypto Community most of people's think that a Bitcoin (any crypto currency) is illegal and scam.
Its because they don't have enough knowledge on bitcoin/cryptocurrencies.

But Now Paypal officially integrated inbuilt features to buy/sell Bitcoin , Etherium , USDT and etc.
There are lots of digital wallet and even banks that do accept and recognized Cryptocurrencies as digital currency. Cryptocurrencies and other Digital currencies today are in high demand due to the pandemic. People nowadays tends to do businesses and transaction online.

Yup! Its great that cryptocurrencies are gaining its popularity but these also gives scammer an advantage to scam people that may ruin again the reputation of cryptocurrencies.

In 2015 and 2016, there were a lot of people who didn't believe in bitcoin, they said as you say "Bitcoin does not exist and it is a fraud, this Scam" Moreover in my past country also did not accept Bitcoin. But, things turned around, now Bitcoin is flying and the people who were talking earlier are now gone.

I think people who hate Bitcoin, are now also investing in Bitcoin.

Those people think bitcoin is a scam are lack of knowledge, doesn't know what bitcoin truly is. When bitcoin started some people are afraid to risk since they just judged bitcoin as a scam without knowing its usage and what can offer to the user. But, when bitcoin boom and become popular they have regrets not knowing this early.

People who think that Bitcoin is a scam just don't understand what it is and how it works. Some of them aren't even going to understand Bitcoin because they believe it's something for geeks. And, of course, PayPal's decision should make Bitcoin more popular and demanded.

This innovation from PayPal is such a good movement for every bitcoin user, there are a lot of users of PayPal and it is considered as a very successful local wallet, I think that this thing will make some people curious about the cryptocurrency, it would be a good move to make our community bigger.
As we know as a crypto Community most of people's think that a Bitcoin (any crypto currency) is illegal and scam.
I don't think this is true. most people don't even know about bitcoin and those who do mostly are afraid of it because of the volatile price. the days of people thinking it is a "scam" are long gone.
It is somehow true, some people called bitcoin or any cryptocurrency a scam because of thinking that money can only be earned through real-life or manual things, this is what some people think about our country maybe it is because of being lack of technology knowledge.

they say bitcoin is a scam or bitcoin is dead for those who are not familiar with bitcoin,
many who are familiar with bitcoin have recognized bitcoin as a digital currency and it's not really dead, can be exchanged for fiat. even now it is a slap for those who have claimed bitcoin is dead, and it's a scam.
