I don't like such intermediary companies for transferring money, especially if they are new.
I only use SEPA, it is the most safe and it doesn't cost anything.

Tradehill doesn't provide SEPA right now, but MtGox.com and Intersango.com do.

I talked to user okpay to help me again, I wished to use it anyhow. If this doesn't help, I will call OkPay for sending my money back, and will not use it anymore.

Yesterday they wanted me to enter a PIN the first time for logging into OkPay. Fortunately the creation of the first PIN list went quick and smooth. But nevertheless the money has not yet reached my wallet, and I have no answer on my last ticket three days before.

They tell me, the last ticket could have vanished again. Because this seems to happen often, I decide to create a ticket once every day.

Hi I've been using OKPay for last 6 month or so in my webshop as credit card payment gateway. Worked fine but I had no chance to withdraw any money yet. But since now dec 23 I can not login, last client payed and he was charged but I did not get the money (using API to check paymnents).

I'm starting to worry, they phone no. is not working, their support forums are not available, no reply on my support ticket yet, wrote on their FB page but the message disappear instantly!

But good news they did fix the login problem quite fast. Now it's working again.

Hello, thanks to user okpay, it's alone his investigation that the money has reached my account now.

In the meantime I have transfered a lot of money to TradeHill, that I initially wanted to transfer with OkPay. Their loss (and of course mine).

This business will not work if the support does not get better. Many people have no way or continuity for such a clutter, they will loose their money. OkPay is no scam, but they will run into problems if they do not change.

Thanks for all help and hints on this forum issue.

Yesterday I bought 12 Bitcoins from blizzcoin.com via sofortüberweisung - 47 something euros were withdrawed from my german girokonto but nothing happened since - anyone out here with the same problem?Huh

Sorry to hear about your (potential) losses.
If they refuse to pay or answer maybe you should talk to a lawyer about your options. They can't just keep it.

It seems strange OKPay wants you to go through a verification procedure instead of just sending the money back to its original bank account.

same shit almost 2 weeks waiting (i v a verified profile) ...why don't they hire more personal to speed up the transactions ....okypay really slow like a donkey ...i'm so frustrated...i switched to virwox same shit tooooook days   for verification ...F**** makes me crazy...

i 'm sure soon a new start-up will bring us an easy simple faster secure way  to buy BTC...then okypay will die instantly ...hope so

But until today it hasn't credit into my account.

and now when I want to login,it appear(

now the password is ok, But they haven't send the PIN code to my cellphone and want me to enter the pin code.My cellphone is new and there is no problem in it.But can not receive the PIN CODE. I don't know how to do.
