Please provide some proofs first if you have been scammed $10k by them.
I don't think we can do much about this, since their main ANN has been closed and the main acocunt also didn't active anymore since 2 years ago.

Contact their support or send a ticket support seems the only way to reach them

First of all OP when did you made a deposit on the site?
As from the past 1-2 months we can see a notice one their site is that they are going to close and it is advised by them to withdraw your funds ASAP.
If you have deposited before 2 months, then why didn't you just gamble with when the site was working and withdraw it?
It would be also great if you can show us some proof so that we can understand the issue much better.
Moreover you can also contact their support at email, if you think something has wrong happened to you.
And yes please keep updating us on this matter here.

As from the past 1-2 months we can see a notice one their site is that they are going to close and it is advised by them to withdraw your funds ASAP.

The OP should also move this topic to the scam accusations board - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 and post important snapshots. Also, he needs to send email -  support@luckygames.io - to the address given when you visit the site as they have announcement that they are be closing soon. $10k is a big amount for many of us here. So hopefully, the OP has valid reasons to get his money back.

First you need to provide more authentic evidences that luckygames did scam you. I know many times newbies just come up and post a false story, hoping to get some free  money, i hope this is not the case here.
Secondly, if the really scammed you 10K USD, which is quite  big amount, they will never return you. Although you can try your luck by emailing them but i don't think you will get any response.

Based on above screenshot, the announcement was made 1 month before TwitchySeal created the thread. So logically they announced it on May, but its been more than 4 months but it is still active. Lets be positive, probably luckygames is still waiting for withdrawal request from players who still have some balance on the site.
@OP, if it is true that you have that 10k on your account, no other thing you can do except sending email to the support. I doubt you'll get any helps in this forum.

How come you deposit $10k in that site if you know it is not friendly for you. That is a big question for me. I guess you don't search for the other gambling website which has reputations. But maybe you can give them time to solve your problem, and I hope you will not take too long to get your money. But if they are run away from this, then I think you will not get your money back to you. Next time, make sure you select the right gambling website, and before you choose the site, you need to read the ANN of the site, so you can know if the site can be trusted or not based on the other member's review.

That's a huge amount, better hire someone to write for you so people would understand, if you make a scam accusation, please ensure that you will attach all the evidence and follow the format given, I hope this is not another newbie account trying to ruin the reputation of a certain site.

Have you already tried to contact their support? Basically, if you have problems with deposits, withdrawals, or issues with the system, the only hope you have is to contact their support. I'm not sure if what you are saying is real or just an accusation just like what the other members here just said, but I am still advising you to act quickly as your chance of getting back your funds will fade since the platform will close soon.

I also opened the website, they said that you can still request for the withdrawal but not with the online support but through email. There's still hope just email them.

Now this is really clear
If you did have 10k in the lucky games , you would have used it quite frequently and the same time you would have known about it long ago.

I believe no one forgets about their 10k even if they are deposited in a website which is soon to be closed. Right now I believe you have to withdraw them since you still have time.

Next time you should provide proof of what you are saying since I don't think that is true but even if it is , you should instead of sending them a message , should withdraw your funds right now.

10k USD is a lot of money, you definitely should take into consideration go involve a lawyer to get your money back.

Did you make Screenshots of your account balance? Anything to proof your balance?

Do you have any replies from the support team?

Make sure to store all information you have and give them to your lawyer.

Proofs first.

It's easy to create accounts and state that you've lost a huge amount of money on a specific platform.

It will ruin the reputation of the platform especially if it's your own mistakes for not knowing the reason why the platform closed.

Seems you have similar problem with primedice and now luckygames.io in space of two days. I wonder if you are talking about thesame site/incident or it's a seperate incident? If this is true, it could be because they find you suspicious due to the hugh amount or for something else that goes against their terms or triggered their system.
$10,000 sound like alot of money(depending on your economic status) that shouldn't be risk on a betting site you probably don't understand well.

If you are making an accusation, make sure to move your thread in the Scam Accusations board. Other replies already emphasized the importance of providing an evidence, the big reason for that is to make sure that your accusation have some grounds so the suspect can't just walk away by denying everything. This also helps you to see if you are credible and that you legitimately are a victim and not just finger pointing anyone in a witch hunt.

OP is posting accusations without proof of his accusations this is his second accusation against a gambling site and it's been 2 days and he is not log in here or posting any proof, if he has a scam accusations he should follow it up with proofs and screenshots, his action is very much different from real victims, let's see if this accusation will move forward.

Scam Exits are quite noisy these days. Are there other reasons except from easily walking away with players' money?
If you are crowdsourcing about what you may do if you are a victim, that is indeed correct to provide proofs in order for more people to take it more serious and for you to have more advices. But to out it in the situation, are there instance wherein players are able to get back their money if a site is really making an exit scam? 'coz I think there' s no resolution once you got scammed in the cyberspace in general especially in this industry. Better learn from this, than to be eaten by regrets. But if there is really a way ofcourse what's best is to sue it.
