My name is Rezi Yas. I started gambling in lucky games 5-6 months ago. I am a programmer, so I coded my strategy to JavaScript and used that to play on the site (Usage of script was not illegal. I confirmed it with support before I started making them.). I always used new accounts and new ip's each time I played (None of them were used for self referral or faucet farming!!). This happened actually 3 months ago. I created a new account named rezi59 on luckygames. I deposited 15k Tether into that account and started playing. I was extremely lucky!!! I got a 10x hit on 4k ether bet (https://luckygames.io/bet/145,556,246,495/) and also couple other nice hits. Finally I made my 15k tether to 74k tether. I was really happy and tried to cashout. Suddenly a popup came out saying your account has been suspended, Please contact support for more details. I was literally shocked and immediately contacted support. Support replied like this

"Hello, thanks for your message.
Your account was suspended due to the violation of our rules.
We have attached a previous message with an explanation of the reason of your suspension.

According to transaction history (attached Transactions.txt file), all accounts used to withdraw Tether USDT coins to the same Ethereum addresses:0xd9743d0f691fa4a3c439c1aa8d219a856591a0170x0F367EcF140D14c06854767DE21764d374A 548A2
According to the bets history (attached rezi59 and aliuniq19 bets history files), all accounts in the list used the same martingale strategy with similar client seeds as rezi59 account. You stated that you didn't use any type of bot, script or clicker, which is not true, since the martingale strategy included both Dice and Balls game to place cross-bets, with smart percent prediction and programmable client seeds, which can't be possible with a default betting system.
All bets/withdrawals were placed from the different IP addresses through VPN to hide the real identity.
According to our FAQ page (https://luckygames.io/page/faq/), multiple accounts are not allowed for any type of abuse.
Can I have more than one account?Yes, it is allowed to have multiple accounts, if they are not self-referred, you are not planning on faucet farming, rains farming, LUCKY-tokens farming or doing any type of abuse. Once you break one of the rules, all your accounts will be banned.
You created 24 accounts (attached Users.txt file) in total and made 15.13986078471 BTC estimated profit using multiple accounts and martingale bot.
Tether USDT stats for 24 accounts it total:Total Deposited: 63499.68000000 USDTTotal Withdrawn: 82595.28198923 USDTProfit: 19095.60198923 USDT Assets Remained: 74181.48476187886 USDT
Since it's strongly forbidden to create multiple accounts for any type of abuse (martingale bot in your case), we are forced to suspend all your accounts and to keep remained assets to cover our losses.
Kindly recheck our FAQ page to get more information according to our rules. Please note, that you are not allowed to create new accounts, which will lead to a permanent suspension of all new accounts.

I read it again and again. couldn't understand what I did wrong. I contacted support several times but the answer was still the same. It says I used martingale bot for taking advantage of house edge. But I already spoke with support before and they said it was OK to use them.
I didn't do self referral
I didn't do faucet farming
I did use vpn, But its fine by them
I did use multiple accounts, which is also fine according to their faq
I did use JS bots, which is also fine according the support

I created a forum post on their website (https://forum.luckygames.io/d/7065-suspended-account), which also did not done any good. I decided to share it here since the website will be gone in next month. The scammiest thing they did is that, when I questioned about their faq, they modified it the same day to their will. I know there is nothing you guys can do to recover my money, but its a fair warning to stay away from the website. I believe in Karma and I hope they will get what they deserve

PS: They disabled my contacts tab so I can't show you my chat with support. This is my first thread in bitcointalk, So please forgive my mistakes if any

Why would you play there, this site already cheated player.
You created 24 accounts (attached Users.txt file) in total and made 15.13986078471 BTC estimated profit using multiple accounts and martingale bot.[...]

There is rule about bot:

However, it is related to faucet. I am really curious how someone can abuse site using martingale strategy, this sounds like very bad excuse.

Could the reason your account was suspended be due to making multiple accounts? Most gambling platforms do not allow users to create multiple accounts and you clearly state you created multiple accounts.

Yeah. But what if site just in order to not pay the winning amount to user can link any players to other rings saying that you are connected to those and you were violating our rules and regulations. With site with such reputation, I feel like they are just making this up.

It is allowed, from their FAQ:

They linked all OP's accounts and OP said those are his accounts but as I can see he didn't break any rules. With all shit they pulled (rigging result, stealing funds, accusation against provably fairness) I am really surprised to see so many players on their site:

People just don't want to listen and to stay away from shitty gambling sites.

This part makes the least amount of sense in the whole thing... First of all nowhere in the FAQ does it say you can't use a script while playing games. Second of all, how is it possible to overcome the house edge with a martingale script? Maybe there's a way -- I'm genuinely curious.

The scammiest thing they did is that, when I questioned about their faq, they modified it the same day to their will.

I can confirm this is correct. Here is the current FAQ:

https://luckygames.io/page/faq/

Here is a cached version of the FAQ from May 28th:

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:https://luckygames.io/page/faq/

You can see there's no language about using a bot (for faucet claiming or otherwise) in the cached version. It would appear they changed the FAQ in the last few days.

I would be pissed off too, and as you might have already guessed they probably won't budge on this issue since they are apparently closing down in the next couple months.

I notice there's already a Type 1 flag on their account. You can open a Type 2 flag on them if you like and use this thread as the reference. Not much else to be done unfortunately.

What can we say, there are always people neglecting advices and warnings ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

[...]

Very good proof. This makes them really into tough spot and makes them a really shady one (they were already one to begin with). I will add a flag and support the previous flag as well.

Here are the archived versions of above FAQ versions as posted above by nutildah: http://archive.is/lVmob, http://archive.is/G3ydj .

Exactly. Luckygames has a proven history of selective scamming when they have to payout more than they're willing to.

I notice there's already a Type 1 flag on their account. You can open a Type 2 flag on them if you like and use this thread as the reference. Not much else to be done unfortunately.
I think a Type 3 Flag is better, I'd say casino payouts are the equivalent of a written contract.

Probably they do not want to pay huge winnings so they prefer accusing one account of creating a lot of alt account and cheating, I have seen and read it so many times and this is not going to be the last one, once they see people withdrawing a huge amount , they will use the same alibi again and again, it's better to stop playing here, there are a lot of reputable online casinos here and you are welcome to play there.

With changing FAQ's after the OP's win and looking at their earlier accusations it seems like they are trying everything possible in their hand to not pay the winnings. I mean they can make up any proofs or reasons as they want but who is there to verify if it is legit or fabricated one, its hard to tell.

Its OP's fault as well to run a check on sites reputation before playing or play on reputed sites.

I wanted to report an abuse here, but I saw someone else has done it.

Rezi59 likely will not get paid, luckygames do not care much about their reputation anymore, they already have an exit scam in progress

"Hey guys,

You might have seen that I did not operate the website in full nor doing any updates for a long time.
I've tried to devote more time but failed. And now I came to a decision to close the website.
The decision is final. I want to assure you, that it's not connected with a hacking attempt or anything else. Your funds are safe as usual.
I apologize to everyone who PM'ed me and didn't receive a reply.

Here is a plan of how the website will be closed in 2 months:

During the first month all services will be operational (till 2020-06-21 00:00:00 UTC server time).
During the second month only exchanges and withdrawals will be operational (till 2020-07-21 00:00:00 UTC server time).
After the second month, there will still be a chance to withdraw your funds in case if you haven't visited LG for a long time and have balance left.
I'm very grateful to all of you guys for staying with us! I hope you enjoyed these 3.5 years of continuous work.
Lots of good things have been made and many milestones achieved during this time, without your support, none of these would have been possible.
Hats off to our mods and support staff, who always tried to make this place better.
Thank you guys!

Sincerely,
Mark"

Not really, unfortunately. It sounds like you were able to withdraw at least the amount of your deposit, so that's good at least. Legally speaking, you'd have to hire a lawyer to look into the case for you, find out which country's jurisdiction Luckygames is a part of, then see how your own country can enforce claims in that jurisdiction... and that's just the beginning.

It's going to be costly for you from the getgo and there's a strong possibility you won't recover anything from them. I wouldn't do it.

Honestly its gonna be a long journey for you. You can only get some helps from your government if they support gambling otherwise it can bring more problems for you. Although i don't know that luckygames blocked your entire fund or the winning amount. If there is possibilities than you can make a try for getting the deposited fund at least.

Feeling really bad after reading the whole topic. Luckygames have done something simillar in the past and shouldn’t be trusted as a gambling platform. Maybe you got introduced with bitcointalk after getting scammed IMO.
Hope you will be able to recover your losses soon.

Flag supported from my end.
