Never expect any big boom in ETH 2.0

For me ETH 2.0 means pos instead of POW so basically the gas fee may go down lowering the transaction fee
So prices can go on a couple of counts
1) People hodl 32 eth to earn staking rewards
2) More projects move to ETH 2.0 more adoption would translate to more demand for eth2.0
Just my thought

There will always be pros and conts about ethereum 2.0 and you should remember about these things too
1. there is a locking period for the ethereum that already deposited into the POS staking wallet. You can't get back your ethereum until ethereum update 1.5 (1 year probably)
2. Ethereum will implement sharding update probable at the middle quarter of next year.

I still expect to have another big moment with ethereum, and with the new update from ethereum, I think that will gain more investors to invest in the ethereum project. The price now seems good for the ethereum, and even the price does not yet increase and pass $600, I am sure it will happen soon. This is really good point because now its all depend on Bitcoin if its going to be in some good position surely its going to be big  moment for Ethereum investors because they will face some good with this as well and right now we have some good chances of some good boom in Ethereum prices because Bitcoin is also gaining some good support and this could be great for crypto world.

Am kinda disappointed cus to be sincere, I had expected more, considering where bitcoin is now, I expected Ethereum to much have gone past $1000 dollar buy, but by now, it's still hovering between $650 and $700 dollars, but then, I understand that even though history repeats it self, it mustn't always appear the same way,

Dude, didn't you read the roadmap of ethereum 2.0 properly? It clearly says that if the sharding solution will not come together with the ethereum 2.0 first update.
it will be coming in the next update or maybe the last phases of ethereum 2.0
I hope you can go to the ethereum's site and read all of the roadmap properly. Ethereum core developers have explained it properly.

Do never expect any big boom in ETH 2.0 since it is just a utility token which is just created for the transaction purpose, even if ethereum add the smart contracts facility on ETH 2.0 then how many people will create their blockchain apps on it? We already having ETH Classic which is not performing well.

I should have read this thread before man, I have a wrong interpretation about this 2.0 version of Ethereum in which i thought that Staking will be the one factor for ETH to increase more amount.
The good thing is i Kept my ETH from the fall early this year and did not Purchase new sets for this event.

Last December 1 the first block was released and looking for the Gas be Decreasing ?i think this is still on the process mate and will reflect sooner in time.

Hoping that many account read this before the Bull starts last November because if not then maybe there are some investors that Mislead by others who is continue posting that the Value of ETH will increase because of 2.0 release things that did now Happen .

In Phase 0, the beacon chain was activated and PoS was implemented, but Ethereum PoW will still work. The beacon chain is just the beginning of Ethereum 2.0 and will not handle transactions, execute smart contracts or host dapps. Ethereum's congestion problems will be addressed from Phase 1, where shard chains, which are the scalability solution for the network, will be implemented.

That needs a process to migrate ethereum 1.0 to the 2.0
as far as i know if POW will always work. I heard that about the possibility for ethereum 2.0 to be a hybrid consensus which mean POW will still work while it will be running with the POS consensus at the same time but this is not yet confirmed by the ethereum core developers.
I see that CMC has been writing total supply of ether and idk whether that's true or not.

And who ever deep it fit to invest in ETH few weeks ago will have made some cash for themselves already. From around $250 to over $600 as I speak right now. Sometimes, our prediction can go wrong.  I believe we might have done some calculations and based our assumption on that, but this cryy market has it way of surprising everyone. Congrats to them that have running Investment with ETH.

People are not taking it from the yearly low price and they were taking it from the ATH as the comparison to the current price. They didn't realize if the price already 2x from the yearly bottom price that achieved by ethereum in march. Those who have bought ethereum when the price was around $250 or a bit more should be feeling with the current price of ethereum.
I doubt the big boom will happen again. This time ethereum doesn't seem to follow bitcoin.
