Same issue as before.

The uBlock team only removed the filter rule that was blocking the signatures. They still left the one that blocks every span element with the text "Advert".

It blocked the element because of this post: Advertising shiller spotted!

As suggested before, just disable the uBlock extension on the forum (clicking on the on/off button)...

And someone will probably have to go complain to them again.

So annoying! I saw that too (always on chrome latest with uBlock Origin activated). I was actually thinking of some funny graphic glitch as I have an old laptop but then I remembered to come here and...bingo!
I disabled uBlock on the forum, end of story.

Is there a reason why signatures are no longer displayed in the entire forum?
Since it has already been noticed by several users it should not be a problem for my user.

The checkmark at "Don't show users' signatures." is of course not set in my profile.
Is it an attempt to limit spam?

Well, I can't relate to what you mean actually, but if it's signatures not displaying in some topics , I can say that the only section that I noticed that signatures don't display is in the serious discussion section , but for every other sections, I see signatures still display as clear and as bright as always.

As TryNinja says it would help to read the thread to the end. The problem is solved by now and therefore it is clear that you can't reproduce it anymore.
And regarding the signature in the Serious discussion subboard, here is something for you:

- Serious discussion. No limit on topic, but moderation of on-topicness and general sanity will be extra harsh. No advertising of any kind. Signatures are not displayed.
 - Ivory Tower. As above, but you must be at least a Member in order to post there.

Which version of Firefox and uBlock are you using?
For me with FF 82.0.2 (64-bit) and uBlock in version 1.30.6 it works correctly.
As we now know, it happens very quickly with changed behavior.

I am on 82.0.3 (64-bit) and also 1.30.6 uBLock, and as DdmrDdmr say in his post it obviously lasted a very short time. It seems that the guys from uBlock have been playing a bit lately, but luckily everything is quickly returning to normal.

The wrong/blocked display happens if the following thread is at the top of the meta area: Advertising shiller spotted!

The problem is not that bad, but currently there are only 3 solutions.
1. someone takes care of the correction via reddit like last time.
2. uBlock is deactivated for the page.
3. ignore and accept it.
