Problems Transfering BTC

I was using Paybis, but they no longer allow US accounts to "sell" BTC. I have a Coinbase account but I won't explain the issues I've had there and can't even login right now. Any suggestions on how I can sell BTC and get it into my bank: that don't have "holds" or "restrictions" and a long verification process? I started the cash app process but have no idea how long that will take.

Have you tried visiting  Currency exchange section? I have tried it once and found it as a good alternative if you want an immediate exchange for your BTC to your local currency as long as you found a trusted BTC buyer -- just be careful though!

Or maybe try using [1] https://localcryptos.com/ -- as far as I know, they do not require any KYC to do a P2P transaction.

Perhaps this thread would help you! Finally used a bitcoin ATM successfully . Since you are from the US you may withdraw your cash. Although fees would be quite higher, but you should withdraw your fund without hassle. Just try it first with a small amount.

Have you tried to sell peer to peer? You may sell your bitcoin on the forum as well from currency exchange section as @Maus0728 said. For that, you need to use a trusted escrow from the forum if the buyer isn't trusted enough.

They don't require KYC but sellers do.
Best thing is to find a private exchanger with good reputation or someone who allows guarantor during the trade.

Can’t you use www.localbitcoins.com, as long as it’s not large sums of money I don’t think verification is long for the lowest level of seller account.

It seems to me that you haven't added your credit card details in your coinbase account yet. If you are facing login issues then it can be due to wrong account credentials. Contact their support or reset your account password by your own.

I will not suggest you to sell your bitcoin through any private group, exchanger or person. Previous posters have already given you multiple reliable options and you can choose among them. If you are living near a ATM then its gonna be easier for you to get cash from there. Just search for the nearest ATM and go for it.

You can use p2p platforms like Paxful and Localbitcoins to sell your BTC and receive the amount in your bank account.
You can also use centralized exchanges like binance to sell your bitcoins. Make sure to do a research of the platform you are using to sell your bitcoins.
These platforms are well reputed and might ask for KYC before you sell your coins on it.
If you don't have any problems doing KYC then you can easily sell your bitcoins on these platforms.

Paybis still allow US accounts but they dont supported crypto to fiat transaction using credit cards issued in the US and dont offer services to people from Texas and NY.

KYC/AML and security have been the number 1 priority of coinbase and if you cant login your account is simply because you dont provide some right information. But,the option you have is to use Binance.us and I will advise you not to use Paxful due to their rules which have lead to some of their users losing their funds while Bitcoin ATM charge a ridiculous fee.

It may sound too easy, but if you have problems with Coinbase there, I would still recommend contacting them so that you can still get those bitcoins that are there free.

They have control over that, you have to solve that first. When that's done, look at another wallet.

Maybe you should try using Bisq decentralized exchange.
You can make your offer or accept offers from other people and exchange Bitcoins for cash p2p without the need to submit kyc verification.
Similar thing is possible with localcryptos website but there is website for this instead of wallet like in bisq.

2 options that will answer and solve the problems experienced by the OP. The use of a Bitcoin ATM will be very helpful for withdrawing or buying bitcoin but with the consequence of a higher fee, but that will not mean as long as the process is done well and getting cash.

Peer-to-peer selling is also a popular way to turn BTC or other coins into cash which goes straight to personal bank accounts. But you have to choose and find a trusted seller to process funds properly. which is even safer if you can access binanace.us and make P2P trades that can be done easily in just minutes.

Thank you very much for all the responses. I currently do not have a mobile phone. That has caused problems and shuts down any sort of app unless I can do it from a PC. I should have put that in the OP.

I don't have a problem with verification, but don't have a phone for all these facial recognition verification.

After reading the posts it sounds like ATM bound here for this. I looked at a site called https://www.paxful.com , but now I can't login after registering the other day. No idea if that is a good method for this situation.

With cellphones basically out, please help with any new suggestions or repeat suggestion if original one doesn't require cellphone.

Most of the live or video verifications do not require you to have a mobile phone. A webcam should be enough if your computer has one. Once you visit the verification link on your browser, you will be asked to grant permission to open your webcam to do all that facial verification.

Try exploring most of the exchanges members have suggested. Top on the list should be

I would also recommend the Currency Exchange section, and there are certain members like gameristo and Magnavox who are always looking to buy bitcoin with PayPal--the transactions are easy to do, and I'd say a handful of members like them are trustworthy.  At least they've never screwed me over and have had plenty of opportunity to do so. 

My suggestion if you go that route is to NOT deal with newbies, and even if someone has green trust you ought to check their trust page to see if it's recent and what the positives left were for.  A lot of things on this forum are not what they appear to be, so you have to be extremely careful who you're dealing with.
