You confused 2 words. Investor with gambler. Investor would never, ever invest in promise of something (without working product) with 1000 similar projects as competitions, without user base (who is really using ADA?), without any repeatable profit, with just a little bit of open source code(easy to copy) that is evaluated at $3 billion with hope to see 10x ($30 billion MC. 50% short to ETH which have working product, huge user base, whole environment that i being build for 5 years - f.e. metamask, projects like uniswap -150 mln $ volume). Investing long term (AKA gambling) on ADA is madness.

What do you mean by very low price? 0.1$? Are you serious?

ADA - not working product (3 years on market ... raised hundreds millions $ and still nothing - thats impressive), without consumer base (who is really using cardano?), without any profit in last years (that's major FA indicator ... profit generated ... not github activity) is priced for 3 bilion dollars! It's hard to find anything that is as expensive in whole crypto industry. Active on Github? Is this enough in your opinion to justify a valuation of $3 billion?

There are hundreds of ETH competitions. Everywhere. At $3 BIL MC, $100M MC, $3M MC. It's impossible to judge where (and why) will ETH developers go leaving ETH (which I doubt).

And you are talkibng about going 10x so ADA will be worth 10 of those or 20% more than International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor -  "is an international nuclear fusion research and engineering megaproject, which will be the world's largest magnetic confinement plasma physics experiment". But yea .. github activity is as big as this.

Palace in Abu Dhabi with everything included. From gilded door handles, swimming pools to diamond chandeliers and ipad in every apartament. ADA is only an unrealized idea that may or may not work, and certainly has a huge competition consisting of 1000's projects, and is open source project easy to copy that does not have consumer base that would protect value and prevent from forks.

In your dreams OP, they are working on there blockchain for how many years and until now they don't prove anything compared to the new blockchain project that almost closed to there goal. They are investing and partnering to other on different project so that they can show to the investors that they are still alive. In reality, They are not even on what they promised to create a blockchain to change the world. 

The token supply sucks and the token usability is a bit useless ATM. This is the downside of utility token for investors. Only hype drives the price high and the team has no obligation in case the Price. Simply no string attached to from investors.

Its far from going in that direction. Its slowly sinking in the mirky waters actually. They were saying Cardano will go moon for years and I have invested in it also but the longer I hold the deeper the price drop as well.  If you will compare the project to TRX and EOS, Cardano is far behind its development. Not any single dapps developed on top of it and all other holders are just dumping ADA for BTC. You will die in hunger waiting for this coin.

If you are, I will like you to wake up from that dream. If you plan to hold a token for long term and you Seen a potentials in that project, take the risk, buy, and hold for long term. Take your profit as your portfolio increases in ROI at every resistance.
If ADA price spike to $1, with the current total supply, the market capitalization should be around $31 billion. What do you think about BTC, ETH, XRP and USDT position?
Total market capitalization would be around 1 Trillion.
You think the above can be achieved by 2020? No!!!

While we cannot predict the future, odds are high that this will fail but at these prices, there is no harm in buying a bit. Cardano has a lot of delays but it does not mean it has failed. Sure, it can be an indication of poor management of resources, but I personally feel Cardano has improved on their development. Everyone has a problem with the management but everyone knows the value of papers or technology they produce. Cardano is more of a long-term investment and I am optimistic about it but I can only take a small chance on Cardano.

Technically, I feel Cardano has support at $0.0950 and it might test it and bounce back. But to hit $0.1129 it will take some time and based on the roadmap it might go near it in December 2020 or so. So by the end of this year, I believe Cardano would reach near $0.1129 or so.

$1 was its last ATH so it's likely that one day it'll get there again (in 2020? nah), but don't your breath

Didn't Cardano launch its mainnet a few months ago? and as soon as it went live a lot of people dumped their Cardano bags on the newbies who bought the hype (there was a price rally prior to the launch)...That tells me that bagholders dumped it cos they prolly don't wanna keep holding a crypto that lives solely on dreams and promises

Btw, i don't know if the mainnet launch was a success or not, but looks like the Cardano creator had more dreams and promises prepared in case of a post-launch dump (which actually occured):

$1 target by the end of the year seems too ambitious but it is crypto market everything is possible but in my personal analysis $1 ada can take another 6 to 12 months though i would be happy if it reaches there earlier than that.

In fact you are giving three different predictions here and each one has different probabilities of becoming true, a price of 0.17 for each ADA seems like it could be possible especially if we have a bull run at the end of the year, 0.30 is a stretch since that requires a 3x growth in 2 months and ADA has a market cap of 3 billion dollars already, but the prediction about ADA reaching 1 dollar for each coin is simply not possible, not even bitcoin can make a 10x jump in just 2 months and when we take into account that this is awfully close to the ATH of ADA which is 1.18 I do not find that price to be reachable at all in such a short time.

I agree in advance for the reasons you give, but this person is not a professional investor, you should compare with the gambler that i think is right. Once involved in a certain field, it is necessary to learn about it first.

Go to back Cardano, it is likely that you are not a supporter of their platform. And me too, indeed, in such a long period of development, what the Cardano ecosystem has gained that we all see are purely the sources.

Cardano is a very good coin that has its own blockchain network where other cryptos are also created. So the demand is high and the price target of $1 is not very much and it is possible to reach this level. But, nobody can say this perfectly that it will reach the price this year.

I think that you should tell those investors to create a sense prediction. ADA is not yet even passing the all time high price and how can we sure that will reach 30 cents or even 1 dollar in the future? we must use our sense even to create a prediction about the price of crypto. Sometimes, investors were creating non sense prediction to push people to buy the coins.
This is happening so many times with various projects.

$3B Marketcap on circulation supply ( $3.9~4B on diluted marketcap)
If Cardano hit $1, it would means that the whole marketcap of ADA would be $45B and it's consider huge

Back to your question, will it hit $1 again?
On the massive bullrun in 2017, ADA did hit $1 and falls back after that
But the amount of ADA supply circulated that time is far lesser than currently
However, don't forget that after 3 years, we had more user base in the crypto field now, meaning more cash flow and buying power

My assumption is, IF we did really get the crazy wildbull again, ADA could hit $1

Agree, people have a lot of confidence towards this project because one of the most active projects in the industry will help this to achieve a new high price in the coming years. We should always manage to hold our emotions otherwise, it is impossible for us to survive in this crypto world because the market situation cannot be the same every time.

Years of disappointment with ADA and I do hold this ADA before but decided to sell even at a lost because my money is not working well with them, and the team is not that progressive. ADA must gain the trust of investors again by delivering a real project and not just a promise, long way to go before ADA reached the price level of $1 or not at all, depends on how they work in the coming years.

@op you should target $0.30 first before talking about $1, between i don't know if you realize 2020 is quickly coming to an end and still ada lurking around $0.1 to $0.09, am not saying your prediction is impossible but i just think it will be much harder except there is a serious bull run to push the price to that point, cardano has the potential only the price is still very low for whatever reason.

That is not going to happen. I am usually not certain with almost all of my cryptocurrency price predictions. They're mere guesses after all. But I am one hundred percent certain that ADA will not reach $1 in 2020.

ADA's current price is not even ten percent of $1 right now so it is really impossible for it to suddenly increase to $1 within a couple of months. Forget about the too good to be true predictions. It only gives you false hope. Don't fool yourself.

 Price of the coin in the future is hard to predict but to the coin that we want to rise in the future we are prediction it's value.
I think Cardano maybe will hit the $1 but I'm not sure if that happen or not or what year because it's already 2020 and maybe if your time frame for this coin is for the next year not this year unless it is very potential that it increase the price fastly.
