Maybe that can help ethereum to lift the price since it is good news from ethereum. Maybe we will see a surprise from ethereum in the market, and hopefully, it can give a chance for ethereum to increase the price.
If that can succeed in lifting the ethereum price, maybe ethereum can stay at a high price than now and stable at that level before the price gets another pump that can come anytime.
The ethereum traded at $375, and maybe we will see the reaction in a few hours or days later. Hopefully, what we want will be happening later, and we will see the ethereum price can break $400 again.
But if the ethereum price can not increase after this news, and it still at a price now, maybe we need to hold the ethereum or buy back more ethereum.

So what makes it good news for the Ethereum platform? isn't the Ethereum platform already famous even though the use of digital currency like CBDC doesn't exist, I think that is a very common thing and will not have a big influence on Ethereum.

From here i can see that the future of ethereum is really bright. There will be only a thing that must be fixed as soon as possible and that's the scalability problem. once the scalability problem has already fixed and then we will see a very big adoption happened with ethereum platforms.

A bunch of developers has stated they were interested to be a part of ethereum platform but it's very sad to see the scalability has become the problem that prevents them to adopt ethereum too.
This problem needs a very good solution asap. I wanna see the big adoption to come soon.

Agree with you, i'm also waiting for such bigger news from this market. With CBDC, i see most of the major countries are interested in it, the problem is their adoption of blockchain. I think that after the acceptance of Paypal, the acceptance of many large corporations or countries is only time.

Good luck to Australia when paying for high gas fees;) But yeah, maybe once they get it done they can move to Layer 2 or just wait patiently for 2021 for ETH 2.0 to come out. They might even end up being a staker/validator themselves if they're expecting to really use ETH for their CBDCs.
