Svennand: Yes, I checked with my techs, and I'm 95% sure you simply sent your bitcoins to the wrong deposit address.
Maybe you copied the BitPlastic address wrong? Copy and pasted another address? I don't know.  Either way, you didn't send ANY FUNDS AT ALL TO BITPLASTIC.

Nothing. Zero. Zilch.

Nevertheless, you go around on the internet screaming 'SCAM SCAM SCAM' in every single forum, every single post.  Fine.  You win.  Here's your 1 btc that you claim to have sent.

https://blockchain.info/address/1DikXbvQxaGz6QP6T5f5whFJ1XXt2P4Ys2

There is your refund.  Hope you're happy.  I don't have the mental energy to deal with your constant attacks so there you go, I paid you out of my pocket.

By the way, you're banned permanently from every site on my network and any future site we launch.  And if we catch you trying to use one of our sites, your account will be frozen permanently. So please do not try.

You are banned from:
BitPlastic.com
BitLaunder.com
BitArmored.com
CoinChimp.com
BitForum.org
etc.

You know, we have over 10,000 clients, and you are the only one to ever cause this kind of problem.  If BitPlastic was a scam, more than one person (you) would be screaming it in this thread. But no, it's just you.

And yes, we have been hacked in the past, and each time I paid clients out of my pocket.  But in this case, it wasn't hacking.  You simply sent your deposit to some unknown address.  It certainly was NOT one of ours!

Anyways, there you go, your 1btc if refunded.  Good luck.  Please don't hassle me anymore. Thank you

I can only conclude that this user 'svennand' is either:

A. Unethical (intentionally blackmailing/extorting me)
B. Stupid or Careless (sent to wrong bitcoin address by accident)

Either way, he wins.  I paid him his 1 btc he claims to have sent.  I would rather just pay (https://blockchain.info/address/1DikXbvQxaGz6QP6T5f5whFJ1XXt2P4Ys2) to get rid of his 'SCAM SCAM SCAM' threads (which, incidentally, sound like a 10-year old child).

I think Bitcoin website/service owners face some serious difficulties. Not only do we have to contend with serious hackers (those pesky Russians!), but we also have to deal with 'customers' like this who try to blackmail/extort us by damaging our reputation, demanding payment to retract their statements.

From a business standpoint, the Bitcoin economy is not an easy place to make a living ...

1. I tried to contact the support get it fixed, prior to running up the hill screaming scam. But after two weeks without any resolvement and complete ignoring from the help system, i saw no other option.
2 Oh and i never meant to "threaten or blackmail you guys", after 11 days of hearing nothing from you guys (including trying to remind/bump the mail correspondance), i said
Quote
Well i guess the whole thing is a big scam scam.
Ill start spreading the word.
Which i had allready done at that time. So there where NO "give me money or ill slander your names scenario here"
3. It still has not been addressed why they did not react/look into it that my account address keept changing, which it did even at the time period where i first contacted you guys, i would kinda expect "WHAT shit we need to investigate this" response...
4. I particularly find this quite funny...
Quote
I confirmed that your deposit hit our wallet just fine. There is no chance the funds will be lost
How wrong can a techie be...
5. I really do not like your attituted calling me a 10year old. SCAM SCAM SCAM in large red letters were to make it visible, im 30years old btw.
6. 10000 clients and im the only one causing problems? When i created the scam warning post around the place (bitplastic's official bitcointalk/google+/facebook/twitter), i were not the only one, your walls were filled with other people shouting.
Just checked and i see that it has been "cleaned up" though. Might have had something to do with the first email from you where you just wanted to silence me. Which i then tried to explain that i werent interessted in any blackmain scenario and that
i would simply go around changing my posts if we got it all corrected, AT LEAST tried to figure out what has happened. Cause just blaming me beeing stupid and have transfered to wrong address, is just a cheap way of handling it. What are the odds that the address i "misstransfered to"
also seem to be an scamming address which "launder" its income...

Im not even gonna respond to this.

So you are going to banlist me from all your sites, A shame, but i honestly dont think i would have tried to use em again/in future given how unprofessional the whole experience has been.
Given that you transfered back, and i havent lost anything (dissregaring the 0.2BTC fee for the now worthless plastic), i will remove the scam warnings.

Oh and btw, that 1 BTC i got is now given away to charity, World Aid for homeless children, transaction adress: 19vfckp81LY4wnyARuqxAj2EuqSjMC4NkN  txid: 620f5416661311fb719d11c250149b8d74f5018dbae66f5adfd6d8e40bccba60-000
It was never really about the money, but figuring out who was right and what had happened. So i could feel less scammed. and hence remove the scam warnings.

Im really an nice guy once you get to know me, its a shame how this whole thing turned out. Huh

This is fantastic customer service!!! Saying this after you emailed a user saying your coins are safe and then saying no coins were sent.

With no reply to his emails for over two weeks, what do you expect a user to do? You do know emailing the user would have avoided all this conflict on a thread?

I'm sure many users (including me) would have loved to use your bitplastic service but when you deal with user issues like this i would rather stay well away!

'I'm sure many users (including me) would have loved to use your bitplastic service but when you deal with user issues like this i would rather stay well away!'

99.5% of our customers are happy and satisfied.

0.05% complain about nothing, don't understand our service, or simply try to extort/blackmail us.  Unfortunately, those 0.05% scream loudly.

You got to stop calling people having issues with your service for for either stupid/extort/blackmail/complain about nothing.
I clearly addressed what had happened, there were no resolvement other than "bitter" payout from you to me. And calling me bad stuff.

Thats unprofessional. I gave away the payout to charity. And have seen myself finish with this, including your services.
Leaving what really happened unresolved (address kept changing during tech discussion, tech aknowledged the funds etc...).
You really cant blame me, or other people that have issues for people reading the forums and making up their mind about it, Regarding if they want to use or not use your services based on the way things got handled.

Have an nice day

He did repay me the 1BTC which i donated to charity due to the whole feel of it all.
BUT i no longer feel scammed, and hence have removed the scam warnings.

Whats left is basiclly an open book as to how the whole thing was handled.
As far as my concern im over with it Smiley But thanks for your support though Wink

Dont know and im not to speculate in that matter, i can at least say that i got my funds back (except from the cost of the now worthless plastic card).
So thats at least one less guy that feels "ripped off"  Smiley

Hope if there are any other out there with similar issue, that they also are able to get it resolved at the end.
Hopefully without them feeling their username has been tainted by accusations...

To be fair i read through all those links, and basiclly its two cases that keeps beeing mentioned over and over.

1. an customer is displeased that the card didnt match the picture as noted on the webpage (it still works though...), and that it got sent in an flimsy envolope. Which isnt that big of a deal since its worth zero until you actually load it. If the envolope arrives tempered with or something, you dont use it. Simple fix. As to the graphical layout, they should maybe change the bitplastic site picture Smiley

2. Theres a guy that transfered in 1BTC, and when transfering out he did not get his funds. Due to appearently an exploit changing up the withdraw address (kinda makes me think about the ongoing change on my deposit address). You could argue who are going to be the risktaker when you send your funds to third parties, Security truly is an issue in this crypto world. Just look at the exchanges, Poloniex got hacked for the second time just recently. MTGOX shut down completely..., How they deal with it is the most important factor. Just saying.

Im not trying to excuse or defent moriartybitcoin in any way. Just trying to explain that when it comes to crypto, which as an digital currency with most of the users beeing an part of the "information stream". Its really easy that one feather becomes an entire chicken farm

In my case i got it resolved, though i would have prefered it beeing done in an more forthcoming and kinder tone.

This is very interesting read lol trying to figure out who is the frauder because either the op owns that 17 account and planned out this whole attack on bitplastic with hopes of exactly this outcome of 1BTC sent bank for ending this thread.
-supporting ideas to this statement being the 17E account's coinbox.me history (100% a personal account) along with previous deposits make it look like it was a set up but,,,

I don't think the OP is guilty, a scammer but just got scammed by this site. Why?

Look at the support messages, the support agents ask for the same damn things 6 times either that or state THERS NO BTC IN THIS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS SO??? which completely disregards all the detailed information OP provided several times.

-the simple fact of how this site owner states all these 50 sites he owns, neither of which I've heard of and then says why would I want 1BTC? Well nobody should talk like "1 BTC IS NOTHING!@!" especially when some people have never even had a fulll btc.

But anyways this is what I think happened and bitplastic is now a scam to me so.

That account with the 1btc deposited was presented as the ops deposit address but in fact was perhaps set up to skim deposits off of say 5 new members out of thousands on the side because look at all those little ones which after the 1btc deposit totaled 3BTC and was immediately withdrawan.

Now say he just made 3 BTC, whats to say you haven't done it on 25/50 sites thats 75btc for example.

And you are admin of this site don't you have detailed logs, proof, answers to questions like:

1) DO THE DEPOSIT ADDYS CHANGE FREQUENTLY LIKE A LOT OF SITES WELL GAMBLING SITES AND LOCALBITCOINS BUT STILLL ALLOW YOU TO USE ANYONE? I DON'T THINK A VAULT LIKE THAT WOULD SO.

ANSWER THE REASON TO WHY HIS DEPOSIT ADDY CHANGED MULTIPLE TIMES?

2) I THINK YOU JusT GOT CAUGHT & NOW TRYING TO SAVE YOUR SITES REPUTATION BEING NEW & POTENTIALLY HUGE SCAM OR LEGIT PROFITS SO YOUR PAYING OUT OF POCKET BUT WHY NOT JUST ANSWER HIS EMAILS THE FIRST WEEK AND NOT ACT STUPID?

Anyways, dont use this bs for debit cards

AWSOME!

This is kinda my conclusion to.
Hopefully i removed the scam accusation towards me when i took that bloody BTC and gave it away to charity.
I honestly dont care about that BTC, it was more an principle about not feeling scammed, and get an confirmation as to what went on.

Btw im appearantly still able to log into the members section at bitplastic, and can confirm that the depositadress still is
1MwNHaJ5trhjMP1E5z3rRawrh22sCaQyoX, So it surely isnt changing like it did in that start period when i talked to the techie.

Kisrap is Moriarty

Finkle is Einhorn and Einhorn is Finkle!

Anybody else find it pathetic that Moriarty tries to make a living by going around and buying other peoples accounts and then pushes his own scam sites in his ATTEMPTS TO STEAL FROM YOU?

Don't use bitwebscamming, scamlaunder, coinscam, scamchimp, scamspeculate or plasticscam.
