A sad story to read, this is why when you gamble never ever borrow money from others, just gamble on what you can afford. When you borrow money there is a tendency you can attain a huge debts if you don't have a control and self discipline. Just gamble when you have funds and treat for entertainment purpose only. For some reason it does not allow people from my country to see the news but from what you say it is obvious he could not manage the anguish of having lost so much money, this is why we must avoid at all costs to put ourselves in such position, it is OK to gamble occasionally if you like it but it must be done with moderation because as this case proves you can lose way more than just money, he was probably worried his friends will turn their back to him and he could not take it anymore.

Borrowing money for gambling without you having any means of paying it back is not good and unjustified any way you look at it. You are just putting yourself in a lot of trouble by doing so, even if the bet turns out to be favorable on your way. The risk, anxiety, and stress involved in this move is just so high that it isn't worth it. Plus, he was chasing his losses which is already a sign of desperation and lack of clear judgment. It really is sad to see some people going to the extremes just to gamble, but you can't really do much about it especially if they are really determined to go this route in order to gain something which, oftentimes, does not happen.

That's a clasic case of gambling addiction and greed! People jump into gambling world with the hope of making some easy money while in reality, they take a huge risk doing so! Borrowing money for betting sounds like using credit card to buy bitcoin!

These kind of news doesn't make me worried because these are just exceptions. Shit happens when greed takes over your conscious mind and makes you desperate!

This is such a weak and sh*tty decision, there is no good at choosing to kill yourself to solve the problem, you won't solve the problem because your family and your friends will be the one to face the problem you left, do you bear seeing your family suffering because of what you have done? That is not a good thing to do, there are still many ways for you to overcome that kind of problem, and killing yourself is not included in the choices.

If you don't want to lose then you should not try gambling, it is full of risk, do not olay if you don't have any source of money.

This is a very sad story but I also see here some mistakes made by his parents. Children and minors shouldn't have access to gambling sites and parents should be aware what their children are doing online.

I Just really feel sorry to those person who do really commit suicide just because they do tend to escape out for that debt problem.Some might able to recover but some cant make it through

I do not regret such suicides in any way. And it's not that I'm stale, it's that very often they choose the easiest way for themselves, but do not think about their relatives. You have to be an idiot to bring so much grief to your parents. Instead of going to work and slowly giving away lost money (if they were strangers) he took his own life. This is not a solution, but a cowardly escape from himself.
