since your holding on the exchange worth $30,000 which is almost the price of 2BTC.

Why is this a problem? For sure they have limits for any type of account regarding withdrawal but I don't think that they have any limitation for holding/ "store" your coins there.

Why is this a problem? For sure they have limits for any type of account regarding withdrawal but I don't think that they have any limitation for holding/ "store" your coins there.
As i could understand from op, the issue is with the withdraw function and he still can use other functions. The most possible scenario we can guess that he tried to withdraw 2+ bitcoins in less than 24 hours. Changing his pc right before this incident is a pure chance by coincidence. And as binance asked him for a long process of verification, he is still in level1(unverified) :

That's very strange , because I change PC every days and my account never been blocked.
I think his account may have a large amount of money, the change of computers caused the system to alert and they were temporarily locked. It is probably not a serious problem, they will unlock after contact with the correct information.

As i could understand from op, the issue is with the withdraw function and he still can use other functions. The most possible scenario we can guess that he tried to withdraw 2+ bitcoins in less than 24 hours.

It might be possible but it's not the limit that caused the account suspension.
I have a friend that hit that limit when he tried to cash out and he didn't get his account suspended, he simply couldn't withdraw more unless passing verification. Since the OP has an exchange business probably the high traffic coming and going from possible multiple addresses is what has caused this. If he is paying his customers directly from his binance account to then you have one possible cause.

The IP/device thing is nonsense, I used in the past my laptop which is on the land connection from one ISP, and my tablet/smartphone which was one a different ISP network with no problems, the only possible cause would be if the OP has somehow forgotten his VPN on while logging in, and some deposits withdrawals with it on.

As for the ticket:

my account is fully verified and it is showing vip 0 account and they still not resolved this problem, i will stay away from this exchange now.i submitted all videos but they reply very slowly, last reply i was got from them last sunday (8th nov).

Such websites tend to be more stringent if the person uses one device for a long time and then suddenly uses a different device or IP address, so they will request more documents from you.
Mostly, such things are monitored by bots, so the likelihood that you are the same person and your account is accidentally locked out is slim.

I do not know why all this delay after submitting the required documents, unfortunately, such behavior will seriously damage their reputation.

Unfortunately, the delay is inevitable... Sad As for scammers on TG, just ask or check who is the Admin of the channel and DM him. As far as I know, no one from the staff will ever ask you to pay or send any money to help you out.

I never face such problem so far and it is a strange enough why we have to give many stuff to access our account because we change a device when I access it, it is really strange.

Have you send your complain to binance support? How do they reply to? As long as you have access you can access it, because you will give your password or even google authenticator who will make you have more power that you are really the owner of the account.

did you check to see if everything was okay with it? I know that some trading Bots create problems in this way. if they did any update and the bot didn't recognize it, it could be a problem which can result in account suspension.

i don't use api and what i was did i took deposit directly to binance from clients also doing withdrawal to other clients, everday up to 10k deposit and withdrawal and also i do trading everyday.i don't use trading bots.

I'm using VPNs and I frequently change IP, but I'm using Firefox with a profile dedicated to exchanges, so if I'm changing computers, I will install the old profile (with cookies, history, etc...) on the new computer, so I'll be recognized.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

i messaged to symbiotic_bnb last night in reddit and he started to showing his attitude that i did not uploaded showing my video which showing my face with document, i already uploaded last week i think these people doing it intentinally or not checking my ticket fully https://imgur.com/a/LOl4TSf

They did not explained anything but just wanted my selfie video with document because i the right person who using this account because sudden change of a device. IP change is real or device change i think real too , 3 days before my ip address tempararly banned in coinex whr i started to login from my pc but it was showing my ip address is tempararly banned even in mobile app i was getting same error like http 429 because i was using same internet which i was using for pc.
