I bet it's not gonna change that much but some people said that biden will be a better impact to crypto rather than trump and maybe im expecting a more strict law enforcement against all those exchanges which could mean two things both bad and good. also, maybe stablecoin will get adressed which hopefully not gonna make it vanish. just my opinion though take with grain of salt.

But, his tweet after the hack incident in his twitter make crypto users doubt about him with cryptocurrency.

wow it could bring negative opinion of crypto for sure. hopefully they realize that it's not crypto's fault.

After Biden has been declared the winner of the US presidency, there's a lot of uncertainty regarding to crypto's (and the mainstream economy) behavior during the next 4 years. At times, it's been shown that crypto prices move either up or down depending on certain events in the mainstream world. Some people say that in a Democratic administration, the stock market (and crypto too) will experience a constant uptrend in price. Others say the contrary when Republicans are in power. Since 2020 has been filled with uncertainty, anything could happen in the following months.

This makes me wonder how will a Biden presidency impact crypto? Will crypto continue to soar towards new heights? Do you think that a Democratic administration will be much more friendly towards the crypto/Blockchain industry in general?

Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Smiley

The Biden administration I think will be different from Trump but will still print new money to restore its economy due to the pandemic. The Fed some time ago announced that it would expand inflation and this would affect the money supply so I think crypto will be an attractive investment.

BIden has just become president, to discuss about cryptocurrency regulation it looks like it will be done after the pandemic ends,
we know USA is still very difficult to deal with Covid19, and Biden's focus will definitely be there too,
but I believe cryptocurrencies will do better under Biden ,

I just don't understand this. He's just simply say he don't have Bitcoin, not everyone have Bitcoin. Just simple as that, what's the negative about it? He's not even negative like trump which said he don't like Bitcoin and crypto, trump said it's worthless and should be worthless.
Also people need to know the second highest Large Individual Contributions to Biden campaign is from cryptocurrency CEO.

The ideas of US President-elect Joe Biden about the economy are very different from those of former President Donald Trump, I hope that this difference will be reflected positively on cryptocurrencies because Trump used to hate cryptocurrencies and he has stated against them more than once, I don’t know what Biden’s position specifically towards cryptocurrencies is. But I hope he's more open than his predecessor, Trump.
Biden puts the economy among his priorities in his presidential term, and it is certain that cryptocurrencies have a great impact on economic growth, so I expect that there will be some facilities, even indirectly.

From the news you can find the name "Gary Gensler", he was the chairman of commodity futures trading commission under barrack Obama period and Biden is hiring him to lead the transition period as well. Dude is also very well versed in crypto and has invested himself as well as talked about it. So, as you can see this is just the first thing Biden is doing and he hasn't even taken power yet and he is already showing that he is not against crypto, he is already appointing crypto minded people into positions of power.

So, I feel like this is going to be not that bad for crypto world, he will probably surround himself with younger people who are much better at crypto world and for 4 years we are not going to see any type of trouble, even if not support.

Whatever decision they want to put up as long as they are not banning Cryptocurrency and they will not restrict Cryptocurrency users from the United States, we are going to be ok, but I think Biden will not restrict Cryptocurrency, because it's already established in the US, I have no idea really what will be their stance, we can only hope that it will be positive and friendly.

Already USA is the leading market for cryptocurrency, and it is the place where large number of cryptocurrency users as well as large number of businesses accepting bitcoin is found.

With the Biden presidency we can expect some positive news, if not we'll encounter the same growth same as now. Quite often we'll get some updates from the US Securities and Exchanges Commission. Some form of regulation will be done and the process continues without any clear conclusion.

This is not easy to speak about this topic but Biden is an experienced politician so probably he will not do anything that goes against of crypto. Hopefully it will be a great year and the result will be on favour of crypto.

From all indications, Joe Biden administration will be favorable to crypto. Some people were in the opinion that if Trump lost, BTC will dump massively but the reverse is the case. There are some crypto friendly democrats who I think will help influence Biden positively when making policies regarding crypto. However, no one can be 100% sure, let's see how things unfold while we are optimistic.

The increase in bitcoin prices has occurred before the presidential election of the United States, during the presidential election period this time the price of Bitcoin had reached $16179 / BTC in the trading market, so it can be concluded that President Biden's victory on the trump did not have a major effect on the increase in bitcoin prices and also crypto, but now it's too early for us to conclude the effect of Biden on crypto, after the inauguration of Biden I think there will be policies that might later affect the price of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the market.

I do not think that Biden would have interest regarding Cryptocurrencies since there are more things that he would like to attend to like mitigating the effects of the Corona Virus and keep the economy checked. Cryptocurrencies are another thing to talk about but it would only get attention once he appoints someone to attend to things that would relate on how Cryptocurrencies can affect their economy.

Unfortunately, we depend on political interests to improve and leverage the market and some interests for each project. In my opinion, I believe that in the near future the world of crypto will be separated from political updates and the interests of governments and large institutions. However, responding to the theme, Biden's entry may influence the dynamics and fluidity of the market due to some withdrawals of sanctions and rules thus exposed, maybe recognizing Bitcoin and its derivatives as an alternative to the global economy, after all this is the dream of all investors.

Note* I write about projects that can do something for society. Now whether this will happen depends not on me, but on the project team. I'm just a writer... DYOR

He has so much to do first before beginning to put cryptocurrencies on his problem list.
Covid19
Racism
White supremacy
China
..and a lot more.
I think he will be busy with all of that and maybe he will have time dealing with cryptocurrencies at almost the end of his term.
When that time comes, it may be too late.  Wink

I read some articles about Biden, he doesn't seem to like the encryption stuff. and crypto is synonymous with this, so maybe this will be bad because of the Biden sentiment. but this is just my estimate, after all, Biden will be inaugurated next year. so we cannot predict what policy he will make in the future. if he makes policies that are not favorable to crypto holders this could have an impact on the market as a whole. so maybe the early years Biden was inducted into an important time for the future of crypto.

if you don't mind, would you like to add the link to the article my friend
because if this true, maybe the impact will go to privacy coins, but not for all cryptocurrencies
for now its hard to predict because its only the beginning from the biden era

He will be very busy fixing all the mess from the previous administration but hopefully he can still manage to show his support to cryptocurrency since he’s not the only one working with the government. Its hard to know what whill happen in the next 4 years, so better to monitor closely and if there’s a good news every year coming from Biden administration, cryptocurrency is pump surely.

The problem i think here who is the president is not going to affect this market, i think we all have to agree that after a gloomy 2020 year with epidemics, we need to a lot of change things: economics, technology,.... And here i see crypto as one of the key factors to help change that, agree that everyone will have their own way of economic development, but i think what is the general trend cannot be changed.

I think new presidency will take more of a good sign about the crypto than the last administration. USA is an influential country in the world, so it's normal if every policy made by the president can affect the market. You can see that the first time Trump was inaugurated things changed. and I thought it would be the same as before. the problem is what policy will Biden take for the current crypto problem. Privacy and fraud in the crypto world have become an important concern in the USA in recent years. I'm afraid that Biden will make bad policies for the crypto industry in the future. like prohibiting all colors from using or trading crypto.
