ICO, IEO! Which one do you want to return again?

I want ico like before, like my first entry on this forum. The project runs for 3-4 months with a clear whitepaper, road map, hard cap and soft cap that is also honest, exchange rates and market exchange are also good (average in etherdelta or forkdhelta), then distribution is never late. listing to the market exchange which is also not late and does not change drastically from the exchange rate at the beginning of the ICO bounty. i really like that period.

IEO is preferable, if anything at all. ICO is a total fraud! ICO was the reason I vowed not to ever buy an unlisted token again. Ever! I lost a pile of cash investing in ICOs from 2017 to 2018, some of those losses I still regret till date. If only exchanges will be sanitized and monitored, I will like for IEO to return and any exchange found culpable of manipulation or in connivance with fraudulent projects/tokens sanctioned. At least this will help restore battered confidence of investors.

I would prefer ICO because there is no limitation for the investors (Anyone can invest in the Project), When it comes to IEO their are more restriction. Many people won't easily trust to invest in a ICO projects, Because their are more ICO Scams. But if we research & investigate more, then we can invest in ICO.

The term changes over time and ICO is never used today but most of the projects today just call it private sale and public sale. Although its almost the same thing, the kind of scam is already accepted like when you send ETH or BTC, you already know that there is a chance that your money is gone. You'd just be lucky if it returns back in the form of another token and you can also take profit. Today the market is going great without ICO, we are going to get there anyhow.

I think whether be it ICO or IEO depends on the quality of the project and the team behind the project, a genuine and professional team can still run an ICO and be able to raise a great project/company from whatever is raised in the ICO, though I believe that alot of scams happen in ICOs but a proper research and background check of the team involved in the project should be able to tell us if a project is going to be a scam or genuine one, there are still some legit guys out there who might not have the resources required for running a successful IEO and will opt for ICO, does it mean they won't get support from the community?

I would be happy if the ICO trend will come back just like in the year 2017 the profitable times. ICOs were profitable many people gaining profits that time but sadly the scam projects were increasing and this starts of ruining the image of ICO even the legitimate projects were also affected and failed.

You should not think about the past, but plan your future. If all these projects are a thing of the past, why bring up such topics. In my opinion, now there are many worthy products that are worth our attention and that can fulfill our needs. DeFi for example: if you search well, you can find great options for investment.

IEO is still possible to return. For ICO I think investors are smart where the risk is high when investing in ICO. There is no institution that supervises making everyone freely able to make ICO with a fictitious project. this is an offense. For IEO why do I say maybe back? If we look at it today as an example is Binance's recently successful Launchpad SFP. Can you check the current SFP price

I would like to go for IEO tokensake system than ICOs that is due to, at the tokensale priod of ico, people were totally unaware about when the token would be listed & available for buy sell on exchange.but with ico tokensale priod, it isn't  fair to get easily scammed by company but people can buy good projects during ieo time.if people satisfy with exchanges of tokens listed as well as daily trading volume, then can buy the token. otherwise free to avoid without feeling any hegitasion

ICO have a good place in my heart, because i have a sweet memories with ICO
but, if talk about what kind of crowdfunding methode that will return again, i think its hard to be true, because there is a new way born such as IDO
and in this dex era IDO become a better choice rather than ICO or IEO

Creating new concepts means increasing the amount of scamming in new ways. I think i had to come back to invest in IEO.

- In the same way, many projects run by IEO got a lot of response at first but later they did not last long.

Again at this point in the same way Defi has created excitement where investors were smart at first time by making more profits but that is now where the scam scheme has grown and i don't think this concept will matter much anymore.[b/]

Ico days were great days. In those days we saw some projects gave huge return to investors. Even small investors made big profits.
Big exchange listing was also easy in those days.
Now most projects get listed on B grade exchanges even if they raise millions of dollars.

The awful experience that it carried back with these two projects, makes them not to like it but rather very much wanted to have another one which it gives confirmation.
Not ICO or even IEO will make please to individuals, if that one of them might want to get back, better not to happen on the grounds that presumably the assumption will not make good and appreciated.
anyway I accept with a presumed crypto exchange and an extraordinary project. Likewise the chance of listing tokens toward the finish of IEO is obviously superior to ICO.

For those small-time investors then they would definitely preferred to look or see again those ICO days and as mentioned you can potentially make lots or tons of profits in a short span of time
where everything is hyping up then ICO days would really be the best choice.IEO are also good when it comes to security or avoiding most scam projects but only to those who had money
will able to feel out the advantage of IEO and hence this one didnt really make that much of an impact when its still the main trend of this market.
It had been followed by DeFi but i dont see for it to overtake on what that ICO days had reached off those previous years.

not really. both also have significant differences. a very clear difference lies in the difference in sales. however, the concept is quite the same. It's just that, if you choose between an ICO and an IEO, I think the way to find a truly trusted project is easier to find in IEO than in ICOs. yeah, but this is my opinion.

you are right, ICO and IEO have their respective advantages. ICOs have triumphed in their time. IEOs were once a savior of markets and investors in their own time. both have systems that I think still need to be developed to avoid today's smarter scammers.

IEO projects are still having lots of response but the problem is we have less IEO projects this days, most new projects are now moving into polkastarter for fundraising, it's been a long time now that I've seen any project using binance launchpad, ICO is not even popular anymore and most projects don't use ICO anymore

Apart from a trusted exchange, if we follow the ICO we will get losses. So it is true that now what we have to know is that we have to be smart in choosing ICOs. Don't get wrong in the selection. Binance's Ticket system requires everyone to hold large amounts of Bnb to buy. unfortunately with this system for investors who do not have large amounts of money it may be unlikely that they will be able to follow

I will be hoping this concept should be right back again as earlier. This concept is the best way to grow the capital for a good analyzer with good knowledge about the industry. Recently I saw one of the best ICO, Student coin was launching from the beginning of the FEB. But first, we want to see some ICO s are growing like earlier.

I'm hopeful that this term would be reinstated as it was previously. For a good analyst with good business experience, this idea is the fastest way to develop money. Recently, I saw that one of the best ICOs, Student Coin, was launching at the start of February. But first, we'd like to see some ICOs flourish, as they did previously.
