Though, I have just checked your website. Quite good up to now. Very fast and smooth with my low internet connection. Having both twitter and facebook surely increase people' awareness.

At the moment, 1 bitcoin is equal to 33.9 eth without fee while the rate is 32.5 at your site. Quite high, I think. But the point is that we remain anonymous after making transaction. This can be acceptable

If you notice, our rates are fixed while most of the instant exchanges offer floating rates. We are talking risks in this volatile market. 1. They offer better rates because their rates are floating, we offer fixed rates for 2 hours and take all the risk in this volatile market. If you take a look at most of our competition's fixed rates, we are offering more or less same rates (P.S. Their rates are fixed for 30 mins max). On top of that they may ask for KYC/AML documents which we don't.
2. You can visit coinwale.com and it should redirect to InstaEx. Also our Trustpilot account has old reviews from coinwale.

Minimum Amounts
There are no upper limits for cryptocurrency exchanges on InstaEx. But in order to transfer coins from one address to another, blockchain requires to pay so called Miner Fee, so InstaEx has a minimal transaction volume to cover it.

I strongly believe that the first highlighted quote isn't an accurate representation of how your exchange works...

Such hidden rules with the platform that do not have a history will make many people think before giving it a try or using it in the long term. If you want to gain confidence, delete this part.

No exchanges return 0 amount, you must have hit rate limiting and hence got 0. I will ask our developers to improve error message.

If you are still getting zero in "You get" field, please post pair and amount here, I will get this fixed asap.

We will refund any amounts (small or big) and in most cases will conver miner fee. But we cannot process refunds that are (very) very small - for example when miner fee is way more than the amount user has sent mistakenly.

We have removed that part from our TOS and also removed Privacy Policy from our website since we don't collect private information. Anything else stopping you from trying us?

Good question.

1. We have corporate/business accounts with partner exchanges that comes with higher trade and withdrawal limits.
2. For larger amounts, we do not send all coins at once to partner exchange. We send small amounts, exchange and withdraw and then we repeat this cycle until order is fulfilled.
