Actually men dominant in Blockchain technology, with a few women, before any thing, remember the men are the head leading the family of bitcoin with a strong hands, which every one know that bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrency, therefore the woman are the support.

I don't know how you treat woman in your country but there are a lot of women leading and dominant in this community. They are not developers but they can be an influential individual. They can be whoever they wanted and you can just limit them into support, they can be a whale or an investor.

You should support your arguments with verifiable data, I am not saying that you do not have any reason in your conjectures, but the source (data) is essential to these types of ideas, we cannot leave everything to a personal feeling or simply to what is read.

Let's start with that title, on which you base yourself for such a premise, I think that bitcoin needs more action in the execution and less blah! blah! regardless of the gender, the technological and social revolutionary impulse honestly should not have this type of social anthropology.

Women are earning their space, but due to an impulse of the genre in a long struggle of years that shows it with facts in its execution, look around you and you will find women performing in previously unthinkable positions.

If there is an area that is very open and that allows meritocracy is technology, check the statistics of the largest technology companies you will find related data that may lead you to think otherwise, in any case I do not know how it (op) can be related to the bitcoin environment so we have to say bitcoin needs more women.  Huh

"Bitcoin don't need more women", rather it will be real nice to have more women in crypto, but unfortunately most women dislike techy stuffs, 80% of them don't even make use of their browsers except they want to download something on the internet , they are just never interested in anything that involves tech, have tried teaching a few of them about crypto, but after teaching them they still don't get it, they are always hooked on social media, aside from that they aren't interested in what ever you have to say, that's why you rarely see woman in crypto.

Bitcoin as currency is not gender minded, anyone can invest in bitcoin and bitcoin doesn’t select whether it’s male or female. Anyone can bring positive change to the forum and can as well use bitcoin transactions

The world of investing has long been accused of being a male-dominated “old-boys club”. Women in this environment frequently complain that they are frozen out, treated badly or have to work harder than men to make good.
Treated Badly on what matter mate?there are several friend of Mine whos girls and no complaint at all,i don't know where did you get that idea as the world now are equally for Male or Female,Gays or Lesbians .
Quote
So you would have thought that the 21st century’s developing fetch scene might have leveled the playing field between the sexes. However, evidence suggests the rush to online finance platforms and investments has done nothing to boost equality.
maybe it is just Women is not usually in trading, since this needs Guts and skills in which mostly Male has.
Quote
Instead, the digitally driven world of artificial intelligence, Bitcoin and blockchain is as sexually unbalanced as the banking, property and commodity markets industries that preceded it. Tech industries are inherently male-dominated for reasons that include boys being introduced to gadgets at a younger age, leading to just 16% of computer science undergraduates being female.
Lol banks mostly run by women's,Go in banks and you'll find majority of them are female  Grin Grin Grin

Quote
Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies first became popular in the geekiest parts of the tech and finance industries, both male-dominated. The early word was spread mainly on Reedit and forums for discussing video games.

Know what?instead of making this a problem why not just invest and be contented?let time brings this to the market.

What I see is that women are more comfortable on the internet, especially social media and they prefer social and lifestyle things to economics and technology. Women are increasingly spoiled by instantaneous apps that make women limit themselves and find it difficult to explore new things.

But I have noticed that advertisements have started circulating about crypto investing and trading on many social media apps that are mostly used by women. Of course this little help in raising awareness of crypto has many benefits, but of course it will take a long time to reach expectations.

This space for rent.

Bitcoin needs more women is a wrong statement if you permit me to say that, bitcoin did not depend on women, so why using such statements? What bitcoin needs are people, it can be men or women, irrespective of the gender. But, let us put it this way, that women needs bitcoin, also everybody needs bitcoin, because the price will still rise higher, making better future for bitcoin. The bitcoin better future will reflect into people investing in it, women included. Also, just know that more women are investing in bitcoin, especially in 2020.

What the poster wanted to achieve is that more women should come in and show interest in bitcoin and not that kind of needing bitcoin per se. It is interest thing. But following the reasoning of the poster will mean making a gender statement which I find distasteful. Everything we do must not be about gender equality and so men and women should not be seen to be in competition everytime. Let those who have genuine reasons for doing something do them.

Although things are changing with women emancipation and feminist agenda getting women involved in public sphere but we still see it is a male dominated nature from inception.
One of my problem with this feminist thing is that, women don't even support themselves. How then would they get ahead?
That a woman would come up as a candidate in an election and here chances to f winning is often less than 10%, it only takes a miracle for a woman to win in the few cases. I guess the notion behind this is always with the fact that,
She's still got to take most directives from the husband should she have one and that kind of seem like an indirect leadership by the husband. Where the woman stands as just a figure head.
The problem still remains that, these women still don't see themselves leading from the numerous duties they owe to both their husbands and kids and as such, being a worthy contender remains a very tasking thing to do.

There are women actually but yes it probably dominated by men in bitcoin investment. However, there are post in here women offering their service as a wife in return to get paid with btc but sex does not include in the service as a wife material for men who do need wife or spouse for them to get cared off. It sound good but how much could be the pay when we know that kind of job is not common and for me it is somewhat like awkward to do service to which intimacy as wife material is needed.

What if I am a woman? Does it mean that I really make big support on it? Or how if here in this forum or in the crypto world, in fact, many percentages of them are actually women? But we cannot know who they are.
But well, does it really make sense or any influence about the gender of the user of BTC?
I don't have any issues in my country to work as we like as long as it is good.

Bitcoin is open to anyone who wish to join the forum and to make sure all rules and regulations guiding the platform he or she can obey. Many women are in bitcoin just that they are not to good like men who know how to use bitcoin Wisely to make a good profit from their business. Many women are not too flow like men who are busy with bitcoin transaction all the time compare to women who will be busy to cook for the family to eat.

You cant stop this kind of mentality on where there always an issue about gender equality when it comes to things that have been doing by someone.
Gender would always be in question and would be on the talks which it doesnt really needed here on bitcoin or crypto market because it doesnt really
care on who would be the one do tend to engage with it.It doesnt need to have more men nor women yet everyone can freely choose as long they
do know on what theyve been doing.

I'm a happy woman who is grateful that I know Bitcoin. I agree that there are lots of men than women who love exploring cryptocurrency because women honestly have different interests. However, crypto should be shared in any gender equally. We all deserve to have enough knowledge about it.
if not because of this thread I wouldn't know that there's many women on this forum and are involved in cryptocurrency . I thought all of the people here are guys hehe . cryptos cant be shared if your talking about the coins because it's not easy to earn a crypto that are valuable but you can share the knowledge that you learn to other people if you have free time . many guys working here are Verry busy , that is why we can hardly talk about crypto to others but if others are curious about it they don't need to wait for others but they can learn it thier selves

I think the problem here is your subject. Bitcoin doesn't need more women. It doesn't even need any specific gender. It simply needs users. 'People' who will use it rightfully and fulfil its primary aim. You could have simple say that women who deal with bitcoin are very few. Not making it seem as Bitcoin can't do without women.

This is true because when you consider the population of women in any country or state it is always more than that of men, so how come women do not win elections. It is because women do not like supporting one another. They like rivalry and are not happy voting for fellow women. It is their mentality and they should not blame men for that.

There should be no issue of gender here, more the people and adoption better it is. It can be more of women as comparison to men it will not matter till the time demand exists in the market it is all fine. But yes overall considering the ratio of both, only thing I have observed is that females are less in comparison due to various reasons it could be, but that should not stop for females to buy bitcoin.

Women will not going to like solving puzzle. They are more on talking and in the world of digital currency where most likely there are calculations being done. Most of the girls hate math and it is the opposite for mostly of the boys which are analytic. A clear example is that most of the engineers around the world dominates by male and there are less female. Bitcoin is an engineered technology which is open to all but it mostly attracted by the men compared to women.

Anyway, bitcoin is for all and no need to force anybody or any gender to join the bitcoin system.

Hmm .. I'm wondering why is there need a balance between men and women in this crypto market?
While men are rationally better and women are emotionally better, what's more important when trading in financial markets is to control emotions and women are not so good at this ability.
Bitcoin really does not need a balance between men and women, it just needs permission for free transactions in the world.  Cheesy

Indeed a bitcoin or cryptocurrency were meant for all either men or women as long as one person has the ability to blend itselves in the fast growing cryptocurrency, a risky investment and a volatile currency. I bet there's no sense of devaluing the capability of women compared to men hence the cryptocurrency world need a community, need a people who are willing to invest in it whether its a men or a women.

It's not about the sex that you have , there is a lot of male and male here at the cryptocurrency but I do not know if there is more male than female user in the crypto community.

As long you know how to do bitcoin and you really wants to invest you can what ever sex you have even you are female. As of now we still have stereotyping in the between the male and female I hope it will end that thinking.
