To be honest i do not think that such time has arrived yet. I expect bitcoin to break previous high of 20k first then take a good correction back to around 15k and then on second attempt when it breaks past 20k we can expect parabolic and stress period for alts.

I do not think that this could be the right thing to do, i know many people are opportunist and they will take every opportunity to make some extra profit but i think supporting a new project, technology and solution means that we have to support the project by holding the coin tightly as well so personally im not in favor of such a strategy.

No one sells their altcoins without dumping investors. Smart investors know when they should sell their altcoins. Now cryptocurrency is making bubble by Bitcoin then bubble force will go to the altcoins. I think the best time to buy altcoins time is fading. Mostly newbie sell their token/coin when they see market going down and actually big whales playing with holders they control the price by sell their little amount of tokens but If we talk about BTC so when BTC start going up so people sell their tokens and buy BTC, they are in loss in reality we should not panic because real projects will go up when BTC price stop hyping as you said.

They are panic and worry if the price is going down too deep without having a chance to increase again. They don't know what will happen with that token/coin, but if they have the potential coin, I think they will not sell even if the price down lower than the price they bought. After a bull run, some correction is essential or must as maximum investors want to get profits from bitcoin. Those who bought at least 4 or 5 months ago, they are now huge profits. We can say 50% profits in Bitcoin holding but who has bought one months ago, need to be cautious and take quick decision before correction. Already correction started.

Each of us wants to make money, but there are those who want to take possession of our crypto assets. They are the ones who make false information and push us to sell in the face of fear of losing everything. Selling their bag of altcoins is the best they could do and take the opportunity to earn USD, if they do not sell now, they will just suffer holding a bag that is less valuable. What they can do is buy back those altcoins after BTC hits the previous ATH because that may be the time when fees are going to be at the most peak that BTC users will try using altcoins in paying.

I totally agree with you on point 4. Hold is great if the project is very potential, but if you've already made a pretty good profit, don't be too greedy to hold on for longer in the hope that the price will continue to rise. The most important thing is how we get a decent profit

Sometimes it is better to sell off early to beat dump but you really can not know a shitcoin from another that will do well in the market. Here is the big problem because If you do not know a shitcoin how do you know one that is really worth keeping? It is not even enough to list on exchanges, whether shitcoins or not, good projects will always be good and bad ones be bad. Hype can not sustain a bad project for long. It crashes when the hype clears out.
