Did you mean to rank up? This question has been asked many times here if you know how to use the search function in this forum do it and you will find the answers very quickly if not you can also use google.com and use this search parameter for example "rank up bitcointalk" and you will see many results.

It seems like this guy is not going to be "promoted" or at least he will have a hard time trying to. As you say, it is a question that has been asked many times in the forum, and he opens a thread to ask it again instead of looking for information he could have easily found. You mean by ranking up right here on our forum?.
Merit & new rank requirements by admin theymos you can check this out but I think if you are going to spam like bounties its too hard to achieve your desired rank, mostly we don't entertain to give merit to the bounty spammers.
Still, there are some threads giving merit if you qualify to their instructions like OgNasty given, good luck.
