A COOP is "an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly-owned enterprise”. The co-operative principles and values like: Voluntary and open membership, democratic member control, with each member having one vote, economic participation by members, autonomy and independence, education, training and information, cooperation among cooperatives, concern for community, hint to the fact that COOP’s could indeed be an “ECONOMIC MODEL FOR THE 21 CENTURY”. Although COOP’s are seen as a Socialist or even a Communist structure it is far than being that.It is the most democratic economic structure in existence. Governance of a COOP is done by members through vote .Until now this exercise is rather complicated and the decision making slow due to the fact that every member has to take part in the act.

The first one is a Security Token. This Token represents shares in the COOP and is a bearer of Dividends.
