Hi guys,

Maybe we can have a discussion on Altcoins with potential based on their fundamentals and usecases? In other words, shill me your top 500 coin and explain why it will gain investor interest.

Let's discuss!
What?? top 500 coins that have strong fundamentals and use case?? If you ask only for 5 or 10 examples, it makes sense, but you ask about 500coins, you kidding right?? I will give you an example, Binance coin BNB, we know that the fundamentals are so strong, and their use case on their exchange are definite. You will get a lot of benefits if you buy these coin

I think the 500 altcoins you have are not very good and interesting, you better have 10 altcoins but have very good potential that can generate a lot of profit, one of which is Ethereum, XRP, XLM, BNB and others which in my opinion are listed in the 10th rank Coinmarketcap can already be considered.

I just assumed this meant Alt coins in the top 500 by marketcap, not that they wanted people to give 500 examples of projects with clout?

Only the top few coins, which are still in my analysis, have real use cases, the top 500 coins are too many, and most of them don’t work well.
Maybe BNB, eth, Ltc and a few more coins can still be traded because the performance is quite good and therefore the trading volume is good enough
for the top 10 coins. If you want more, you need a more in-depth analysis of the coins. But my advice is don’t have too many up to 500 coins.

I won't waste my time with the top 500 altcoins because the top 200-300 altcoins are enough to make a big investment. So many altcoins continuously jump out of the top 500 altcoins. Any scam projects can live a long time in the top 500 altcoins but the top 200 isn't possible. Some top 200 new altcoins are risk free if you can buy below ICO price, just wait for this opportunity.

If it is about the top 500 coins, better to search at first on the crypto trackers such as CMC or CoinGecko. Although it is considered that there is also some manipulation, at least, we have certain basic data of the coin that we want to know and invest in.

Then, if you are asking people here, I am sure that every head will probably offer different ideas (except the top coin such as Ethereum).

And for me, some coins here are good enough:
- DEAp coin
- DIA
 They are new actually.

So, do your own research further before deciding.

Top 500? I can't write down 500 coin list here just because you wanted, that is too much to ask from strangers online. Or maybe you want coins that is good in usecase and have strong fundamentals AND inside the top 500, that would make a lot more sense but you need to word it like that if you want people to understand you correctly.

I would say as long as we have the trio of btc, eth and bnb I do not think we need more usecase and strong fundamentals. You have bitcoin which normally doesn't have a usecase all of its own but it is accepted in many places online and you can pay with it in millions of places (now with paypal even more) and you have ethereum which has an amazing blockchain and many things are based on it and used like crazy for transactions, and you have bnb lastly which is coin for binance which is a billion dollar company that this token is used for.

I will always go with Ethereum as it has strong use case and good fundamental

- Defi platform protocol prefer Ethereum than others
- Launch of ETH 2.0

ChainLink will be my #2 since it is crucial for Defi

Not really sure if you mean Top 500 as in all the 500 coins or coins that is around Top 500
Anyhow good luck with your pick

Chainlink is a good choice considering the recent development is pretty good. Maybe NEO, Polkadot and Cardano have a good chance too, considering they also have good technology

During the time I was researching new projects, I just realized that Kira Network is a true bright star.
This is a brand new idea in Trend Defi, they create an interchain exchange protocol that is backed by the liquidity of staked assets (including crypto, fiat, etc.).
In addition to their liquidity, we don't have to worry as KIRA supports staking derivative staking tokens 1: 1 to maintain security while providing liquidity of all assets under development stake.

One more thing, KIRA Network provides access to DeFi applications like Interchain Exchange Protocol (IXP). This is one of the first blockchain applications to be deployed on KIRA Network.
- They completely provide intermediary services to help investors access Defi projects more easily as well as token sale. I highly appreciate Kira Network for its creativity as well as responding to the needs of the current crowd.

Most of altcoins don`t have any really helpful usecases. I like their technical part and community and also I reckon some of them will be useful in future, but for now they are uselees. I like eGLD and look forward to its Maiar and other big updates, because project is really potential, but alack of usecases doesn`t let it to grow

It can take several weeks for a detailed study of 500 altcoins.  Instead of investing in 500 different projects, it is better to choose the best altcoins, 10-20 projects are enough.

Basically use cases are very important and talking about me, I only evaluate the solutions with real use. Great example is Tecra Space and their TCR token. The new way for high-tech projects to raise funds. They are very widely discussed now and coming with unique updates. Check out their latest Spacewalkers - development update #1. Game team i working on and game with use of high standards. https://tecra.space/news/spacewalkers-development-update-1

Interesting. But why should their coin increase in value?

Ah yeah.

Sorry guys, I did not formulate the topic very well. Of course, I did not expect anyone to list 500 coins. I rather meant to ask what are your favorite coins out of the top 500. What I really wanted to indicate is that I am interested in lesser known coins with strong potential for usecases and utility. I have changed the title accordingly.

Ah yeah.

Probably Defi projects are lesser know which may have some use case but most of the actual use coins are known but got lesser value.I will go with Litecoin which is popular and I feel it is undervalued compared to its actual use case.

Always go for three things when you are investing and you will most probably make a profit in the long run, it is definitely not guaranteed but it is a lot bigger possibility that you will make a profit if you take a look at these three things.

One is marketcap, it has be to be high, some people only invest in top 10, some do top 100 but when you go under top 100 you are going to get not so good coins, they are going to be very risky to invest, not saying don't do it but just know you are doing something risky which may pay well or may crash.

Second is utility, is there anything we can use that coin for? Do not look at just their own market or something because that is not good enough, think of it like ETH where it is used everywhere, or BNB which is used in binance, find a reason to be used. Third and last is decentralization, some coins are too dependent on their team and that is a big no no for me.

Being the most advanced blockchain i will suggest cardano but i was reading an interview of some co-founder or the chairman of the cardano group and he was saying that it will still take quite a long time to build cardano as it is very complex network but having said that i think good things do take time to build so im very bullish about cardano especially in 2021.

in this top 500 certainly there is Phore $PHR, the decentralized marketplace will be absolutely competitive with the current amazon and thanks to privacy, user data will be protected and not collected to receive targeted and invasive advertising. Furthermore, being a Phore holder will allow you to receive the Graphene airdrop, the new project is innovative and thanks to the enormous scalability through the sharding technology and dedicated shard it will be able to manage 100,000+ TPS thus supporting the new DeFi in an economic way. It will obviously be interoperable with other blockchains.
The expectations are huge.

If asking 500 altcoins with actual usecases i think you cam find there at coinmarket or in exchangers like binance exchanger I know there are many altcoins that have potential and can be used in the future but who knows if the community is big and has a strong project is eth 2.0 and it can be said that many participated in its stake event and it is expected that many more investors will participate in it.

I suggest looking into the winners of the last bull run: things like XRP, ADA, VET, XMR, BNB. Some smaller coins like SYS , SIA, or BAT are also interesting, they started out with good tech and ideas and are still around.

Ah yeah.

Potential usecases and % completion VS price.
Only Bitbay stands out to me enough to consider risking additional btc.
I believe it was in the top 6 largest winners in the last bull run and has advanced immensely since then technically. I hear they are also planning and designing an in house decentralised multi sig exchange to cut dependency on exchanges.  I note they have been crushed by exchange horrors beyond their control.
It was the first smart conducted.   I like sys coin but I prefer Bitbay. I have both of these.
I am still trying to find someone skilled to explain blacknet since that is apparently a very novel design by the dev who invented pos3 which many projects used for years and still do.
