As adults, we need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. But this pandemic situation has affected our time table. Almost all of us are sleeping more than the need. For example, I am sleeping 10 hours a day. Also, going to bed lately. Sleeping more than need is causing bad for our health. I am curious to know about you. How many hours do you sleep? How are you managing your time?

How are you managing your time?
With the study that I've read before, as an adult usually we get to sleep 4 hours as the normal sleeping time. We have more responsibilities and things to do and that's why our body wakes up earlier than the advisable sleeping hours of 7-8 hours.

I manage my time of doing things that are important and my sleeping hours vary. Sometimes 4 hours, 5 hours and so on. But it's my desire to have 10 hours straight sleep.

the duration of my sleep has not changed, it remains the same as before the outbreak...
I sleep every day for about 8 hours from night to morning then 2 hours of naps at 1-3 noon, so my total sleep every day is 10 hours. tired of taking care of the household and doing online activities makes me prepare more time to sleep to stay fit.

Determining the right time to sleep does not always happen an adult needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily to maintain proper physical activity but a lot of times it is how many hours of sleep it depends on our activities. To keep everything off in this epidemic situation i try to do some work online and get 8 to 10 hours of sleep too much sleep is bad for the body since everything is off i fall asleep more often during the epidemic.

At first weeks or month of Pandemic lockdown,i spend half of my days sleeping and resting because i miss this time when i last experience when those days that i still single but when i get married and our Son was born?i do  no rest but to find more income for our Sons future.
But this lockdown brings me nothing to choose but to stay at home so i took the advantage and get sleeps as much as i have.

It hasn't changed my sleeping habits at all.

I usually sleep between 6 and 7 hours. Sometimes a little less but if I sleep less than 6 hours I don't feel rested. The pandemic has not affected me in this way at all.

My life has made a big change since the Pandemic Situation.  I would get more sleep like 8 hours a day but now I have a other responsibility so Im lucky to be getting half that.

I only need 3 or 4 hours of sleep the night before I work which is not common-  our bodies prefer 8 hours a night of sleep.

From what I know, we need to sleep for about 6-8 hours. But many of us have slept for less than 6 hours. I don't have a habit of sleeping for 7-8 hours, maybe it's about 5-6 hours, but sometimes I sleep in daylight Grin

But that is not too often, and only if I feel tired, I will sleep for 2 hours before doing something else.

I read all posts. It looks like your timetable isn't affected by the Pandemic situation. Congratulations, all of you. Because you maintained your Bio-clock very efficiently.
I'm trying to maintain the timetable. But failing to do so. Sometimes I sleep 3/4 hours, sometimes 10 hours.

I sleep around 12-14 hours per day.  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

I sleep about 5 hours a night but is not enough, I'm often tired I should sleep at least another hour in the afternoon,but for now the commitments do not allow me

I can only take at least 6 hours as maximum because we are very busy in online business and of course my work.
Now all the chances to take a Nap is really indeed helpful because of the busy situation.

When there is no pandemic i sleep a lot,  but after the pandemic started i cant sleep because i always think of my family everytime i go to sleep,  i think that what if this pandemic will take for so long,  what will happen to my family  cause of i dont work we have nothing to eat.

everyone's have differen bedtime, because everyone's activities are different. i sleep well , just four or five hours a day. Stop worrying too much about pandemic, that just make your immune get drop. just follow the government directions too keep you safe.

Yeah because we turn from office work to work from Home in which we can have more time in doing the Job depend on our desire time.

but now things change because we are allowed to come back in our regular work and routine so i believe that we have already changed the settings?

Losing a few hours of sleep in a day actually needs to be recovered for weeks, means if you slept 4 hours less than your usual 7-8 hours today, you will be needing to sleep more in the next few days with more than 7-8 hours.

In this pandemic, I am sleeping more than 7-8 hours because I used to sleep less than 4 hours pre-covid because of job and responsibilities.

When no work it actually didn't last. But since I often have, I really wake up early, but I still don't get enough sleep. There is nothing we can do because even pandemic I am on a work-from-home basis and still need to move and act.

My sleeping hours have also increased than normal due to less activity as such but good thing is that I am resting the body which is also required in your life. Then have schedule my day in way where do exercise as well and complete the daily chores. Have reduced the time in Mobile and avoid social sites which saves my time now.
