Yes, I agree with you at this point because, recently, there signature campaigns was lunched just for the awareness of their Big Pay Day tokens, immediately to nearing the day, the campaign ended because their target of awareness was reached making Hex price pumped and now dumped,. It would be better if they keep burning some part of hex supply so attain a good circulation.

It's caused by all of the tokens from the BPD have already drowned from the market and the whales have been starting to load more hex and pump it gradually. You must also see that how the daily volume of hex was growing from 3700eth into the more than 5100 eth as the liquidity pool in uniswap.
It's not about lucky but people that bought hex have been doing their own DYOR. every one has their own opinion.

and if you look at the 10% increase today HEX really makes investors last longer,

I still have doubts with the project. Just as you, it's nearly impossible to see it happen. When someone is too excited and exaggerates his expectation for a coin, it's greed.
And that what makes someone fall to a bad project which losses him money. Anyway, it's all their money and they're all big enough to know which is good and not to invest with their hard earned money.
